72 HOURS KILL MISSION EPISODE TEN

After i was taken to the hospital the night after Debby got shot, i was assigned cops that were there to make sure I didn't have any visitors or didn't disappear too. I got shot in the back but was lucky that the bullet didn't hit the spinal cord lest i found myself on a wheelchair. The two cops that were watching over me had discussions on what had happened where we got shot. Two guys got shot too but one escaped with a bullet wound, they only saw traces of blood as it seemed like the guy had been dragging himself on the floor but no one could tell where he had gone.

The cops said that the guy that had been shot dead alongside Debby was from a gang that had been terrorizing people on some of the high end estate and Debby, Debby had been one of them. What happened to her online Job and what drove her into the life she was leading?.. why a thug of all the things. I thought i knew her better.

The cops couldn't really tell where the gang operated from and they didn't get anything to get them any clues. Me being part of the people that had been shot and found alive, i was mistaken to be part of Debby's gang and one of the reasons I ended up being thrown in prison was because i couldn't mention the members of the gang and I had a gun with me when they got to the scene.

While in that bed, i contemplated alot of things, I wanted to die because I didn't see myself going to prison for something I knew nothing about but then again, how did I end up there with a gun in my hand next to my best friend? Another reason why i ended up in prison was for killing my best friend, everyone thought i did and nothing i said could get me out of that kind of trouble.. I could not convince anyone that I didn't do it because the bullet that shot Debby came from my gun.

I sat there waiting for Morgan to come back so that i could be taken to my apartment and while at it, i could not help but think of how Dante ended up so bossy and stuff...

How did he and Rex stop working together and how did he end up wanting him dead? Rex at some point was sleeping with Erika, I know that because there is this one time I walked in on them in a compromising situation back at the club and when Rex asked me to serve him, it was not the first time i had seen him though it was the first time i had a conversation with him.

Rex and Jonas were friends but for Rex to have insisted that i be the one to serve him, Jonas must have told him something. Debby introduced me to Jonas and she was the one who helped me find that job and so he favoured me alot, not that i slept with him too or anything like that but alot of people loved my services and so Jonas directed his important clients to me and they paid well. Jonas dropped Debby home a few times but I couldn't tell if they were in some sort of relationship. She never spoke about him alot but now I was beginning to think that Debby and her crew was set up..

Could it be that Jonas and was aware of Debby being a thug and did she tell him about me being a thug before i got a job at his club? Is that why he hooked me up with Rex because from everything that happened between me and Rex, i could tell that he wanted me for a reason..

Morgan came back after he had seen Dante off, i was still mad and i kept telling myself to keep calm..

He handed me a key and told me he was keeping one and he would show up anytime unannounced, Maybe with Dante and his brother but before that, he would be there to brief me.

He asked me to follow him and i did but when we got out there, he gave me another person to take me to my apartment. He said if i tried to run off again or kill anyone they would know and they would kill me.

Morgan: you are better off out here than dead, so please make the right choice..

I didn't say a word to him but got in the van and he watched us drive off..

Jeff met up with storm after he had left the hide out, storm had told him to meet up so that he could hand over his sister but when he got to the meeting point, Storm got out of his car and Jeff walked towards his car but stopped a few steps away..

Jeff: i did everything you asked..

Storm: oh yeah, i know that.

Jeff: then you know you have to keep your end of the deal.

Storm: i would but I'm not yet done with you, you are coming with me..

Jeff looked at him like he didn't understand what he was saying. He watched Storm draw out his gun and hold it in his hand..

Jeff: this was not part of the deal.. where is my sister?

Storm: she is alive. Our deal will be over when i get to see Davina without me being busted or her being hurt.. i know how minds like yours operate come with me.

He pointed towards the car with his gun and Jeff had no choice. He hadn't had a one on one encounter with Storm but he sure knew about him.. he was bad news .

Storm got in the car and drove off. They were headed to Davina's apartment and the idea was to get there before she did...

Jeff: you think I would double cross you?

Storm: no. But just to be on the safe side. As for your sister, I had already released her and dropped her close to home before I got here. You can call her if you want..

Dante met up with Jonas after he left the hide out. Jonas' had been hiding for the longest time possible and all they wanted was to clear his name after something terrible happened at the club. Rex had no idea that Dante was Jona's brother and so Rex made a deal with some of the goons that had been working with Debby only that he didn't know that those goons were part of Debby's team and they knew Jonas.

The night Debby got shot, she had been approached by her goons to go for some mission, they were going to raid a meeting and kidnap Jonas then after Rex having him transfer a sum of 35 million in his account, he was going to kill him.and Dante was the one going to do that.

That night, Debby and two of her guys after k********g Jonas from the meeting, they took him to the place where Dante and his team were going to get all the information from Jonas and kill him but when they did, Dante realized that the person they were to kill was his own brother but who else was involved because Dante didn't shoot Debby or Davina... He saved his brother but who did the shooting and why?...

I got to the apartment and the guy who took me there made sure i was inside the apartment as per Morgan's command before he eventually left..

The apartment was good, had a cctv camera at the main gate and that meant it wasn't going to be so easy for Storm to find his way in before his cover got blown. I took a deep breath and dropped myself on the couch not sure of how Storm and I were going to figure out all the stuff i needed to know before sending anyone inside the cold freezer. I was mad at Dante but the person he was when i saw him again was totally different from the one I met at the hide out. What had really happened to him and where was Erika, were they still together, i was curious.

Storm and Jeff got to the main gate to the apartments and parked their car outside.. he got his gun once again, checked bullets then opened the door to the car..

Jeff: you can't just walk in there like that, Davina was a suspect and they still suspected her. If they see you in there they will know you have an agenda..

Storm: what do you think you are here for?

Jeff: uuummh!.. you don't actually think I'm going to be your little errand boy do you?..

Storm: don't you want to be in the winning team, you are going to blind that camera and I'm going to walk in there as you keep watch...

Jeff laughed and had both hands on his waist as he shook his head...

Storm: you think I'm being funny?..

Jeff: no.. you are being stupid. I blind that camera, they notice and they will come flocking here, i know you think you are commando but I'm not playing this game.. Morgan will not only kill me for betraying him but he will kill my wife and children too.

Storm: is that before or after i kill him?..

Jeff did not respond but he did what storm had asked of him after Storm shot the guards at the gate dead then he made his way in as Jeff was blinding the camera.

While still on the couch, i heard a knock on the door and i hurriedly got up to go open it knowing it was Storm. Some part of me was excited that he was coming yes but another part was very nervous of what was going to become of us if Morgan found Storm in that apartment..

I opened the door and the gladness in me made me hug Storm like he was some long lost boyfriend then i quickly pulled away when it had all gotten awkward..

Storm: hey

Me: hey..

I said with a little blush on my face especially after the thought that he had seen me naked crossed my mind..

Storm: you missed me?

Me: oh please, i don't know you..

He smiled as he walked in then scanned the house real quick for wires and anything that could compromise him being there..

Me: what are you looking for?..

Storm: I'm checking if you are safe..

Me: i think i am..

Storm: i won't stay long but i will put a wire right under this seat so that i will be able to listen in on everything Morgan and his team says.. if we are going to take them down, we need to know their every move...

I looked at him not really sure why he was getting involved with this issue a hundred percent.. Dante wanted Rex dead but he was talking about killing Dante and his team. What's in it for him?..

Storm: you are thinking...

Me: what will you get out of all this?...

Storm: relax, you will get the answer to all your questions but i will answer one right now... I killed your friend Debby..

Me: what did you say?...
