It had been fun to have our visitors, but after all they had told us and everything we have discovered, including our True Mate bonds, we needed some alone time. Dillan told me that the wolves would return in a couple of weeks to talk with us and help us with any doubts we had. I really appreciated them, they had truly been there for us.
"So what's our next step?" Dan asked. We were all reunited in Dillan's home for dinner, it was nice to be together with our family, but I still needed more alone time with Dillan, I just couldn't get enough of him.
"We still need the baby to appease the elders. If we don't do that, we risk other families trying to get you," Dillan pointed out.
