Ashley stayed a couple days with me and we had some alone time, then I went and helped Dalton move him things into my garage and thankfully it all for so we didn't need to look for other storage.
he actually got a job with the college so that was a good gig for him and he seemed excited about it.
he'd be working with any injured players for the football, baseball or basketball team.
looking for place for him to stay was a little harder but he n re he could stay with me as long as he needed, it really wasn't like it has changed much between Ashley and I at the moment and if we ever needed just one on one time outside the bedroom we agreed we'd be able to go out or to her place.
she was back in school and Dalton and I both worked today, she had a shift tonight so we decided we'd head over there and have a few drinks and pester her while she worked a while.
I felt like things were going really good and I was definitely looking forward to summer, the teens always come back to school even more crazy after the holidays.
as we walked into the bar I scanned the areas for her and found her chatting with costumers and handing out drinks. I went to walk but stopped in my tracks when I saw the Jake's brother Bryan grab her shoulder when she turned she first looked pissed but then he said something letting her go and she smiled nodding.
they chatted for a second and I watched as he followed her towards the bar she went around and be leaned against it as she poured him whatever he order sliding it to him.
I was dying to know what he was saying
" whose the dude?"
Dalton asked beside me and I shook my head
" Jake's younger brother"
he grunted and I nodded
" he seems like he isn't like his brother I don't know. don't really know him"
Dalton chuckles
" yeah well he's sure laying whatever he has to say out for her "
I nodded. shaking my head there wasn't a need for me to be jealous I mean she could obviously have friends.
we headed towards the bar and took our seats me beside Bryan and he looked over at me then back at ash then back at me putting his knuckles out for me to hit
" hey man what's up"
I hit his knuckles
" nothing much just came to see my girl"
he nodded
" well be careful she kind of feisty tonight"
he chuckled and I looked at ash raising a brow and she just shrugged
" what would y'all like?"
she asked us and I could tell something was wrong
" just a beer for me"
she nodded looking at Dalton
" shot of tequila"
he's driving he hit my back.
she nodded again getting our drinks moving down the line to the next ones. I took a sip
" what'd you do man?"
I shook my head I honestly didn't have a clue what I'd done.
we hung back as she worked, she seemed busy and also seemed like the only one out of the bartenders actually works every now and then she'd come aroun and ask if we needed anything.
Bryan stayed and chatted a bit. said his brother was pretty upset about his nose apparently I'd broken it.
Ashley.
I was exhausted, i didn't get much sleep last night and I tried calling into work tonight but of course they were already short so unless I was sick I had to come in.
Bryan was trying to be friendly chatting about the fact that chase had broken Jake's nose but I just really didn't care. I didn't want to be rude but I wasn't much for conversation tonight.
I checked my watch and thankfully my shift was about over. I walked to chase and Dalton to let them know I was about to clock out so they could head out.
" okay doll I'll see you in a bit"
he smiled at me kissing my cheek.
" night sweet cheeks. I enjoyed the tequila"
I smiled nodding I could tell he was definitely tipsy.
I walked into the back grabbing my things and headed for my car finding chase leaning against it.
" I thought you left. where's Dalton?"
he smiled at me pulling my body into his
" I sent him in an Uber I needed to see you"
I sighed resting my head on his chest
" hey what's wrong? have I done something?"
I shook my head
" no you didn't do anything I'm just exhausted. I didn't sleep last night, between classes, practice and school then now work I'm just exhausted and I realize you are expecting something of Tonight and I just don't think I have it in me"
he pulled me back to him
" can I stay tonight?"
I nodded breathing him in I could just lay there j guess while he did all the work.
he kissed my head then followed me to my apartment.
when I walked into kicked off my shoes and I just wanted to crash. chase went into my room as I went to grab a snack.
when he came back he smiled at me eating my grapes.
" come let's shower doll"
I shook me head
" I don't have the energy for all of that chase. I'm sorry"
he took my hand
" I said shower"
he lead me to my bathroom where he undressed me then himself helping me in he washed my hair and my body kissing me gently as he went along and if I wasn't so tired I would've gotten turned on. when he was done he quickly washed himself for us out and dried us both before pulling one of his tees over my head and throwing his boxers on.
he then lead me to my bed and I crawled in waiting for him to come make his move.
he crawled in putting his phone beside mine and then pulled my body to his kissing my lips gently then my head as he got comfortable.
his hands rested on my hip and the other covering the one hand I had on his chest. and he just held me until I fell asleep.
I woke up hearing his alarm. he rolled turning it off then back to me. he held me a few more minutes before kissing my head.
" yours is set for you doll. I've gotta head home and then to work"
I started coughing and my head was congested. great j wasn't just exhausted I was sick.
he sighed pushing my hair from my face.
" I'll set some medicine beside the coffee. take it easy today and call if you need me"
I nodded snuggling into my pillow.
I must have fallen back asleep because I woke about 2 hours later to my alarm groaning as I turned it off. I felt like total crap but I couldn't miss classes.
when I got home I just fell on the couch going back to sleep.
until someone was knocking on my door.
when I opened it chase was there with his handful
" oh doll"
he cooed and I pouted
" I hate being sick"
he smiled coming in
" well I'm gonna make you homemade noodles soup and get some medicine in you. then you are going back to sleep."
I nodded as he set the things down pulling me into his chest. his lips sat on my forehead
" your burning up love"
I just pouted
" let's get you changed into comfy clothes then I'll start the food"
I nodded as he lead me to my room
" I want your shirt"
he looked around for one but I shook my head wiping my nose on a tissue
" no the one you have on"
he smiled at me sweetly pulling it off and helping me change into it
" I'm a baby when I'm sick. I'm sorry"
he chuckled carrying me back to the couch
" don't worry I'll take care of you. sleep or find something to watch while I get this going"
I nodded and be kissed my head.
his soup tasted so good and I hadn't eaten all day so I ate my whole bowl, he even had some fresh strawberries for me on the side.
after that he made me take some sleeping medicine and he tucked me into bed.
" will you hold me?"
I pouted and he smiled down at me
" let me clean up your kitchen then I'll be right back "
I nodded closing my eyes. I hated him seeing me like this but I honestly was such a big baby when I was sick.
it wasn't long before he was crawling into bed holding me
" thank you "
I whispered as he kissed the back of my head
" that's what I'm here for doll now rest"

she'd finally fell asleep and she looked so pitiful. I definitely didn't like seeing her sick, she was so down and her usual smile missing.
but it felt good to take care of her, I know last night when I followed her home she didn't get the hint that I was just here to hold her, because honestly I slept better with her in my arms anyways. I could see it in her eyes she was gonna just take it if I have I forced her to sleep with me and they broke my heart.
after I woke up this morning and we realized she was sick I knew I was coming back tonight and taking care of her the proper way. she needed to know she could count on me.
the next morning she still wasn't feeling great so she was gonna skip classes in case her fever came back again. I promised her I'd be back this afternoon. and made her promise me she'd take it easy until then.
that evening she was feeling a bit better and was up and moving thankfully. she had went to shower and I was starting dinner, she had texted asking for grilled cheese and bacon so I was making that happen.
there was a knock on her door and I answered it finding Bryan
" hey man what's up"
he shrugged holding up a folder
" Ashley wasn't at practice and they said she was sick so I gathered her work for the day I know she hates missing"
I nodded letting him in
" thank you she's just showering but yeah she's feeling better today thankfully. just a nasty cold"
he made a face and I chuckled.
" smells good"
I nodded
" she is wanting grilled cheese and bacon. finally hungry"
he laughed
" you know I will see her randomly around campus eating burritos and s**t as she walks between classes."
I laughed shaking my head she definitely has gotten back to her self lately.
" shut up I can't help classes are freaking long "
she said walking back in wearing my shirt and hopefully shorts underneath with the company here. he laughed
" I see your feeling better feisty girl. I just brought your work by "
she smiled resting her head on my chest
" thank you but yes I'm finally feeling better "
he nodded
" alright y'all enjoy the night I've gotta go do my own work "
I walked him to the door as she stayed stealing bacon
" thank you Bryan "
she called out as we walked away and he laughed
" good luck man"
I shook his hand and closed the door
" there better be shorts under that ma'am "
I pointed coming back into her kitchen and she raised her shirt flashing me but she did have shorts on. she stuck her tongue out and I shook my head at her.
" yeah definitely feeling better huh"
she nodded hoping on the counter
" and I'm starving"
I chuckled
" I'm working on it lady"
she smiled pulling me between her legs
" thank you for taking such good care of me daddy"
she purred against my lips. okay she was most definitely feeling better.
I groaned squeezing her thighs
" behave and let me feed you woman".she giggled shaking her head
" well hurry up I now have other needs"
man I had to be strong. I needed to get food in her before I had her body but she definitely wasn't gonna make it easy on me.
I finally got a couple grilled cheeses made.
and she'd managed to give me a hard on.
