I walked into my room after my early morning run. My wolf had been anxious for the last week for no apparent reason.

So I have been forced to go out for a run lately in order to keep him calm, since I don't want him to attack anyone.

Logan can be quite aggressive when anxious.

I dressed and walked to my office which I inherited from my father 3 years ago.

I was happy to take over as the Alpha at the time, but now I miss him all the time.

He had moved out of the pack and to a small cottage outside.

He is the closest person to me after my mother's death years ago.

He has nurtured me into the man I am today.

Even though my mom's death affected him badly, he never once neglected me or the pack.

I have learned a lot from him to become the Alpha I am today.

I still seek his advice when I stumble on something.

I am an only child, so it feels extra lonely even though I have my friends Nathan, Jason and William.

I have decided to have more than one child so that my children don't have to feel lonely.

That reminds me that the former Beta's step-daughter is going to join the pack today.

I don't know why Logan is starting to stir in my mind again, but I will just ignore him.

We normally don't allow rogues to join our pack, but I am breaking the rules this time.

The former Beta Damien has always been working hard for the pack, so for his sake, I decided to allow her to join him.

The poor man lost his mate as well. I am glad he has found his second chance mate. I hope my Dad will too, because he deserves to be happy because of the awesome man he is.

Shaking my head, I buried myself in my work.

Knock knock!

Nathan came in and told me he had brought Raelynn Keller.

"Raelynn."

Logan repeated after Nathan with a loving look on his face before he started pacing around.

I raised my head to look at her and my heartbeat accelerated in a way I never thought was possible as my eyes met with her emerald orbs.

The sweet scent of chocolates and cocoa rushed into my nose instantly, making me dizzy. Logan instantly jumped and said "mate"

I dismissed Nathan and focused on her.

She is so beautiful, curly brown hair framing her slightly round face, green orbs that hold so much innocence in them, a nice well-rounded ass, full thighs and C-cup boobs.

I noted she was standing too far, so I told her to come closer.

"Raelynn," her name tastes so nice in my mouth.

I beckoned and held her hand as I brought my finger to her slightly parted full lips.

I could smell her arousal with her standing close to me and our bodies touching.

I had to let her go before I did something drastic.

She looks so cute shocked when I read her mind, and she doesn't know how to lift the block.

Which is among the many things we need to teach her about werewolves.

This is a problem I had forgotten. Damien said she was not aware she was a werewolf before that, and now she would need to learn everything about werewolves.

And she did not get a wolf when she was 13, even though she was the daughter of two Alphas.

But that will not affect me because I will still love her.

Werewolves normally assume that those without wolves are weak and disrespect them, but I sure as hell would not allow anyone to disrespect my future Luna.

My Dad has always told me that mates are perfect, no matter how they are, they are our other part.

But I don't want to tell her we are mates yet before she can adapt to the pack or be a werewolf.

And also because I am hoping she will get her wolf and sense me when she turns 18 in a month's time.

I offered to take her to her room even though I could assign someone so that I could spend more time with her and change her room.

I had previously arranged for her to live on the third floor where all the pack members live.

But now I want her to live on the fourth floor with me.

We walked from the second floor of my office to the fourth floor.

We could have taken the elevator, but I wanted to spend more time inhaling her scent and calming Logan, who just wanted to claim her, bloody animal.

We arrived in the room, which was vacant but kept clean by the omegas.

I showed her the room and told her to contact me if she needed anything, but I would be happy if she contacted me anyway.

I went back to my office and summoned Nathan.

I want him to enroll her in the Wolf Academy, which is the most prominent academy for werewolves.

I want her to learn more about our kind and receive training.

My reason for the training is in case she gets a very strong wolf, I don't want her to be unable to shift.

I just feel she is not ordinary, and I want to prepare her for that.

I informed Nathan as much and ignored his shocked face as I told him I needed her enrolled by tomorrow morning.

I went down for dinner and noted she was sitting next to my seat.

She looks so beautiful with her beautiful milky white thighs visible to me from where I am sitting, I could hardly control my hand from running over them and squeezing them.

So I informed her she would join the wolf academy tomorrow and left after eating a few bites.
