“Kain, so what happened?” Naomi asked. “Did they hurt you or Alias?”
I raised an eyebrow at her and she held her hands up in the air. She knew I wouldn’t let anybody touch me or my child. Naomi extended her arms out to Alias and he came to her with no problems that time. He wrapped his arms around her neck and kept his eyes on me.
“No, they didn’t.” I told her. “But, somebody snitched.”
“Snitched about what?”
“About you and me. They even know about Alias.”
Naomi looked at me with a confused look on her face.
“I don’t know what you’re talking about. Who knows about us?”
Of course, she wouldn’t know about them. I turned around to make sure that nobody was around. When the coast was clear, he turned back to Naomi, moving closer to her.
