Cassidy noticed how close up he was being and could no longer ignore the urge to ask about it. “Is everything alright?” She asked.
“I notice you've been coming a little too close to me tonight.” She whispered, trying to mask her discomfort with a warm smile.
“That's because I've been meaning to ask if you noticed that your ex husband is also present here. Just across from us.” He replied in a soft tone.
Cassidy looked across from him towards Dave's direction and shifted her gaze back to him. “The lounge is open for all kinds of people. It doesn't bother me that he is here and for what it's worth, I'd rather we don't talk about him.” She said firmly, sipping from her drink.
