"It's a hard world to be different in."

Gym was awful. Sir Ricardo made us run around the field for the entire period. Not fun for someone nonathletic like me.

The bell rang signaling end of school as I grabbed my bag and went outside to wait for Skylar by my car. We made a plan to go somewhere together. Because I was new to this city, she offered to show me around.

The students started pouring out and within minutes there were various sounds of chatter and car engines starting. I open my phone and start scrolling down my i********: feed when someone speaks to me.

"Hey Olivia?" I look up to find Jacob speaking to me. Oh, what is Colton's best friend doing here? Or more like the guy who is always dead in Chem.

"Yeah, did you need anything?" I ask politely with a small smile. Just because I was rude to Colton doesn't mean I'm a b***h.

"You know how I am always sleeping in Chemistry right?" He chuckles lightly and I nod.

"Well, I was wondering if you could help me in it." Jacob says nervously and suddenly Skylar appears behind him. She gives me a " poor you" look and mimes to strangle herself. 

"Sure but I wouldn't be the best person to ask. I skipped a whole week after all." I hope he takes his offer back, I am not in mood of teaching anyone Chemistry.

"It's okay. I hope you don't mind but my friend will also be there with me." Jacob says cheerfully. Well, at least I'm helping people.

"Okay." I answer and Skylar decides to skip this conversation and hops into my car.

"Fine, can you meet me in the library tomorrow after school ends?" Jacob rubs the back side of his neck.

"Sure." I open the door of my car and throw my bag in the bag. 

"Dude that offer sounded shitty. I think he wants to bang you." Skylar smirks as I drive away from the school.

"His friend will be there as well." I point out.

"Great, a threesome." She says and connects her phone to the AUX cord. Thief by Ansel Elgort starts playing as she gives me the directions to the cinema.

We decide to watch Avengers Endgame and grab some food on the way. I swear, the people who were in McDonald's must think we are crazy by the amount of food we ate.

The next day comes and I'm standing outside my closet, thinking what to wear. I need to wear something cute today to make Colton look at me. Not like I care about him.

 This is one of the most cutest outfit I have in my wardrobe and I'm going to wear it no matter what. I grab some black heels with this and a Louis V purse. I take the necessary books in hand which are just 5 to 6, rest are in my locker.

I walk towards my car. If this doesn't make him stop and stare then you can change my name to Kaizyle. Not like I hate that name.

I check my phone to see the address which Skylar sent me. I drive to her house which is a pretty decent looking place with a SUV parked. She runs out the door in a bun and a Adidas shirt and black leggings with white Jordans.

"Ooh damn girl, you out here looking like an eye candy." Skylar says while sipping on her smoothie and I laugh.

"I just hope it's not against the dress code." I mention and she laughs.

"If Catherine Kingston, Colton's girlfriend, is able to wear anything she wants without getting stopped which includes such short skirts in which you can basically see her v****a then you won't be stopped from looking like an eye candy." She smiles attractively and I laugh.

When we reach school, I nervously step out of my car. Both me and Skylar walk in together and instantly, I grab people's attention. The boys look at me from up to down and some even whistle. The reaction that makes me believe Colton will look at me.

"See you in break sis." She says and leaves towards Biology while I go the dreaded Chem. Jacob was there today and was talking animatedly to me about the coming football match until the teacher made him shut up.

I walk towards Physics with the textbook in my hand and hope that the front seat is not taken but for my awful luck. Which means.... I slowly look at the back and Colton sits there staring at me.

Stupid luck! I tell myself while walking to the seat right next to him. He keeps staring at me but this time with a frown.

"Is your favorite color red?" Colton asks me while looking at my outfit and I smirk.

"No, it's blue." I reply and look towards the teacher. I just dropped a hint. If he wants me, then he can get me anything related to blue. He already has a girlfriend! I remind myself as the lesson starts.

Throughout the Physics class, his eyes are fixed towards me not caring of my reaction. When the bell rings I walk outside without waiting for our teacher to dismiss us.

All of my day is pretty much boring. I walk towards the library, it's been 20 minutes since the bell rag so I finished any possibilities of the guys coming late.

I walk into the library and look over the desks. No one is sitting there.

"Jacob?" I say softly not wanting to disturb the librarian who doesn't seem to there. 

I cross over to the other side where there seems to be many shelves and a lot of light due to the glass wall.

"Colton?" I ask surprised when I see him sitting on a desk with his phone in his hands. He looks up and passes me a smile.

"Hey tutor. Can't wait to study Chem with you. Jacob can't be here. He asked me to apologize from his side." Colton finishes with a smirk.
