Chapter 9
The article Austin wrote about Pastafarianism did well, and he finally had enough pictures of markets in Turkey from Neil that he wanted to put together an article comparing them to American farmer’s markets. Davis only had one major market, and he had already gone to that one several times with Erika and left Bunny at home.
The night before one of Erika’s weekends off, Austin asked, “Do you want to drive to Sacramento tomorrow? The weather is supposed to be nice and I wanted to visit some of their farmer’s markets. Bunny might be okay by herself, but we could bring her too and maybe you two could wait outside the ones that don’t allow pets until I get some pictures?”
Erika shrugged. “We’ll see how things are tomorrow.”
