As she heard the clearing of throat it was a wake up call like someone had splashed the cold water bucket on her.
Embarrassed, she gave him a last glance at him before looking at the intruder she slid away from his body instantly missing the warmth of his body around.
Randhir stifled a growl.
Damn she tasted the same, she was his water in the hot desert quenching his thirst, his desire. He looked at her, her hair were messed up due to his hold on her hair and her lips were swollen, dark pink like she was throughly kissed. He controlled himself as he wanted to pull her again in his arms. Angry at his thoughts, he dashed past her not glancing at her rooted figure.
"Uh...That was some meeting San" Marilyn let out a low laugh looking at her boss who stood still. Sanyukta turned towards Marilyn and let out a sigh of relief, she was glad that it was Marilyn not someone else.
She walked towards her chair and slumped down clutching her head not meeting her secretary's eyes. She behaved like a wanton woman offering herself to him, kidding him like he was her lover. She acted like a hormonal teenager, one touch and being a putty in his hands.
"Here enjoy your latte" Marilyn pushed a cup towards Sanyukta. It was strange for her witnessing her professional boss kiss someone and with door open. That was some bold move.
"Thanks Mari" Sanyukta said grabbing the cup of latte, she needed something to calm her nerves.
She had crossed her limits today, she shouldn't have kissed him like that. He must smirking to her reaction, enjoying that he still affected her. She picked the cup and bringing towards her nose she inhaled deeply.
"Hey do you know him though? Because that seemed like one hell of a passionate kiss." Marilyn asked looking at her boss who seemed to be in a tension.
"I wish Marilyn I could say I don't know him"
Sanyukta sighed.

"Please mumma I want to go with you" Riona pouted at her mother who was busy packing her clothes in the travel bag.
She was going to Goa that meant beach and Riona loved swimming and making sand castles, though there were beaches in Mumbai they were always crowded. She wanted to travel with her mother, she had missed her. Now again she was going away.
"Honey it's not possible. I...I wish I could take you but I'm going for business purpose" Sanyukta explained sitting beside her daughter who had a scowl on her face upon hearing her words. Her heart clenched looking at her little girl, she wished she could take Riona but she didn't want to risk her with Randhir.
He was already behaving like a beast and she didn't want Riona to witness her father like that though Riona don't know that he is her father. She kissed Riona's cheek lightly and stood up searching for her ipad.
"Hey bambino where's your mumma? It's time for her flight" Oliver said standing near the door. He had asked Randhir to come here to pick Sanyukta as they both were going to same place. Sanyukta wasn't aware of that little information.
He looked at Riona then he followed his gaze towards Sanyukta who was busy searching something in cupboard. He walked inside and observed his granddaughter sitting in Indian style and a frown on her face.
"Why are you sad?" Oliver questioned softly while sitting beside her. At even this age he was fit thanks to Sanyukta who made him exercise and follow a script eating schedule to which he was glad. He loved that someone was there taking care of him just like his mother did.
"Grandpa mumma is not taking me with her" Riona complained her eyes welled up. His heart clenched at the sight, he remembered that look very well he himself had it years ago. He also wanted to travel with his papa but his papa had always been alone to business tours.
Sanyukta half smiled after finding her ipad. It was the only thing that still made her going, they held so many memories. She walked towards her bag to tuck the ipad inside when she found Oliver sitting beside Riona. She was unaware of his presence until now.
"Cara (dear) mum's got work there and you'll be all alone. We don't have a office there and so she has to leave you alone in the big hotel. Do you want to stay all alone in big hotel room?" Oliver said making a scary face at her to which her scowl immediately lightened. She shifted more towards him and snuggled shaking her head in negative.
"I don't want to stay alone" Riona said making a face at her mother to which Sanyukta walked towards her taking her bag along with her.
"Then how about you stay here with your Grandpa and go to our beach house" Sanyukta said looking at Riona who was clinging to Oliver, her small arms wrapped around Oliver's mid section. Oliver smiled at Sanyukta and nodded his head, it had been a month since he last visited the beach house. He had purchased it just when Riona was born the same year.
"Can we go Grandpa?" Riona whispered turning to her grandfather. She did not wanted to stay in that big scary hotel room. Oliver chuckled looking at her and nodded his head. He would love to go for a fishing after so long time, Riona would be a exciting company.
"Now common precious lets go downstairs" Sanyukta held her hand for Riona. Oliver also got up from bed seeing the time on the clock. Soon Randhir will be here as the driver had left to pick him up. Randhir was not very aquianted with the area and also he did not have a car here which mean he had to take a cab so to avoid this Oliver send him a car.
As they descended down the stairs Sanyukta gasped looking at Aryan standing near the aquarium. She had not met him after she had been to Mumbai and she messaged him at lunch that she was off to Goa for a two day business trip. He was her company's legal advisor and his advice was required for the paperwork and making the contract. He was handling the issue of contract as she said him today morning. Sanyukta walked towards him not making much of noise but still a she felt her presence he turned towards her.
"Hi" he said smiling at her. He was looking handsome in his tight black jeans and dark blue T shirt. She knew he must have been sleeping as his hair were messy and his eyes were a bit swollen. He looked as if just out of bed.
"Hey" Sanyukta replied just then they heard a loud horn from outside. Oliver picked Riona in his arms and walked outside the house carrying Sanyukta's small luggage. Sanyukta turned towards Aryan and gave him a apologetic smile and walked outside with him following behind her.
Randhir stepped out of the car and inhaled the fresh air. He was impressed by the build of huge mansion, it looked royal from outside and as he observed a huge lawn he instantly stepped out of car to inhale the fresh smell of grass and flowers.
As he stepped he heard the footsteps and turned his head only to see Oliver carrying the little girl. She was looking so tiny in Oliver's arms, she was wearing a hello kitty white top and some black polka dot pajamas. She looked cute with her hair tied in a pony tail. He didn't knew that Sanyukta was staying with Oliver until this evening when Oliver called him. They call was short as Oliver informed him that he was sending car for him and to collect Sanyukta from him house as she lives with him.
"Hello Randhir. Have you met this little girl?" Oliver said as soon as he greeted Randhir. Randhir smiled looking at the little girl who scrunched her nose looking at him. She didn't knew that he was going with her mother.
"Are you going with mumma?" Riona asked pointing her finger accusingly at him. He flinched at her tone, suddenly hurt by her tone at him. He noticed that was holding Oliver tight.
"Riona. You don't talk to people like that" Oliver stared at h's granddaughter explaining softly. He never remembered her behaving like that before. Riona turned her head towards her Grandpa and mouthed a sorry all while ignoring Randhir.
'Riona' Randhir said in mind. The name was so different and it felt royal. He smiled inwardly as their intials matched not knowing that even their DNA match. As he wanted to talk to Oliver he was interuppted by the laugh. He knew that sound too well he looked at the entrance and clenched his fist looking at Sanyukta who was laughing at something the lawyer was telling her. His blood boiled at the sight. He couldn't bear her laughing with him.
Sanyukta laughed as Aryan said about the couple that had created disruption in the firm by bragging in and searching for a divorce lawyer in the office. It was hilarious as Aryan was explaining them and the lady began to complain about her husband eating habits. Sanyukra found it quite amusing. She suddenly stopped laughing as she felt someone's presence in front of her. She looked up and patted her lips in a surprise on seeing Randhir standing there with his fist clenched. She ignored him and walked towards her uncle.
"Uncle" she whispered near Oliver and then turned towards Randhir, Oliver understood what was she trying to ask but he tried not to be subtle about it. Meanwhile Aryan walked towards Randhir and they both shook their hands.
"Randhir I hope you had no trouble on the way. I sent the car as you both are going to airport." Oliver said smiling at Randhir and then turned towards Sanyukta who let out a sigh. She was going to airport with him.
"Uncle while I'm away please don't forget to take medicines. Eat on time and don't stay awake late, alright? I'll call you when I reach there" she said concerned and gave him a side hug while he kissed her forehead, she can be a mother hen sometimes but he loved her very much. She then took Riona in her arms who had tears in her eyes by now, she always did have tears when mother would go away even when she was small and Sanyukta would go to office.
"Ssh honey. I'll be back in two days." Sanyukta said rubbing her daughter's back soothingly. Riona looked at her mother and gave a sad smile.
"You promise?" She asked holding her pinkie finger which made Randhir smile at the duo. They both looked so adorable that he wanted to wrap his arms around them. He suddenly shook his head at the thoughts he was having.
"I promise. Now while I'm away watch your Grandpa, okay? I'm giving you this task and Skype me. I love you so much" Sanyukta kissed her daughter's cheeks while Riona nodded her head at the task. She was going to fulfill it for her mother.
"I love you too mum. Take care" Riona kissed her mother's cheek and turned towards Oliver. He picked her back and held her close while Sanyukta walked towards Aryan. Randhir smiling face disappeared as he stared at Sanyukta. She was walking towards Aryan.
Sanyukta smiled at Aryan and hugged him. She then looked up at him and wondered why couldn't she develop any feelings for him. He was do caring and loving always looking at her with so much of love. He was a right man. He returned her smile still holding her closer.
"I'll call you" she murmured and waved him a bye and then waved at Riona and Oliver too. She pointedly ignored looking at Randhir as she knew he would only scowl at her and she was not ready to spoil her mood. She didn't know how to behave around him atleast not after today's encounter. She sat inside the car and Randhir also sat inside nodding his head at Oliver.
Randhir inhaled deeply as she sat beside him. She smelled of jasmine, the smell that intoxicated them. She looked beautiful in her black trousers and her white sleeveless top and black shrug. She looked pretty. He wanted to smell her hair and pull her closer but he resisted that urge.
"Sanyukta" he whispered softly, husky, looking at her while she had head facing towards the window. As she heard his voice she turned towards him surprised him. His face illuminated in the dark and he looked so much younger wearing a brown pants and white T shirt. He looked casual.
As she turns towards him he quickly averted his gaze and turned towards the window. He was falling for her.
Stop Randhir you cannot fall under her trap again. He was going to have a hard time resisting her. She was a walking temptation. He just hoped that this journey would not cause any problems.
