COMPLETED, check out Book 2 - Marrying my Bully!

My name is Sophia. I'm a 17-year old scholarship student at Highlands Highschool. All rich kids come here to study business, home-caretaking, arts, and many more. I got here by an accident and I considered myself lucky. Until I met him. The richest bully I've ever met. He was taller than an average guy, his eyes were full of intense emotions, and his smile was to kill for. Yet his words and behavior didn't match his image at all. The handsome guy turned into a devil, who enjoys my suffering together with his lot. I want to finish my studies and fall in love as a normal high-school girl!

The first time I met her, she was a completely lost cause. She didn't belong here, I could say that from the moment I first laid my eyes on her. And I was intent on making her stay at this school a living hell until she decided to leave herself! But somehow her eyes told me I was on the losing end. Foolishly falling in love...

1 - New students, welcome!
First day at my new school. Everything seems ordinary. Maybe I arrived too early? There is nobody around… I should have taken the later bus, I got too nervous and ended up getting on the early one. I was here during the open day tour and also for signing the entrance papers and so on, but at that time this place was completely buzzing. There were students everywhere. In fact, they were all over the place, chatting, having picnics... It didn’t look so huge! The school grounds from the main gate consisted of a broad green French garden leading to the main building. It was built a couple of hundred years ago but it was well-maintained. The sandy yellow color fitted well with the red roof and white tall and wide French windows. The biggest entrance hall was fitted with marble floor tiles, huge portraits of the previous directors, and the biggest benefactors of the school. I could even hear the kind of fancy classical music playing in my head, while I was walking to the main hall. I had been walking for a few minutes since I had entered the school grounds, and it seemed like it was still far from the door. Good thing I took the earlier bus. I tried walking faster to reach the building on time as I had only about ten minutes until the entrance ceremony. When I nearly reached the staircase, fancy cars started arriving. The local students were jumping out of the backseats and their lackeys were running after them with their school bags. It looked quite grotesque. Even though they were wealthy, they still came quite late given that they could come by car. Unlike me, I had to take a bus... But I'm here on time! When I received my uniform a few days ago, I wasn't really happy about wearing it. I was the kind of person, who liked wearing pants and comfortable T-shirts. However, the uniform itself had a latté skirt, white knee-high socks, an uncomfortable white blouse, and a latté jacket. They didn't forget to give girls a kind of a bow-tie. As stated by the school rules, the color and pattern of the ties changed according to the year and type of major. As a second-year, my color was red with a golden Fleur-de-Lis pattern, which was assigned to art majors. I could still remember the day I had decided to come to this school. It was about five years ago when my school art teacher had designed me a century's prodigy in painting. My former school had selected me to come here for a tour just last year. I have no idea how I ended up here, really. But their art classrooms were so huge! Just walking through them felt like I was in a movie, not reality! The ceilings were high, the light coming from enormously big windows was making everything in the classrooms look like an already painted canvas... Compared to the art classroom my former poor school had, the ones here were top-notch. A few male students were gathering at the main door, chatting. Their ties were green. The third-years! I stopped for a moment and realized they were staring at me, discussing and giggling. So I transferred to this school for my second year and they are already chit-chatting about me?  Gossiping? I hope not. These rich kids would only be a bother to my studies! I only came here to pursue my dream of becoming a famous painter and nothing else! My footsteps became faster as I passed by them. I didn't feel like giving them even more to gossip about, spending another second longer around them. I turned around the corner and rushed to the main hall, where many students were already sitting in their spots. In fact, it just looked like a cinema with comfortable seats. The whole place was dim, only the stage was lit for the principal to give his speech later. It was tough to see the empty seats, so I stepped on a few people's toes. "I'm sorry!" I whispered at the girl, who hissed at me as I stepped on her shoes. I continued along the seat rows, trying to be as quiet and invisible as possible, as the speech was starting. "Our dear students! I'm happy to be able to welcome you to our Highlands school this year again! It is my dearest wish, as also is of all the teachers, that you spend a beautiful school year, meet your new friends, make new friends, and most importantly-! Make sure you study hard!" His speech was quite warm-hearted and nice. It made me stop in my movement and just stare at him. "Move, your screen is so fat! I can't see!" One guy pushed me to the side. I stumbled and the next thing I knew - I fell onto someone! Instead of landing on the floor, I landed on a student! The headmaster was happily reciting his speech as I ended in someone's lap! Oh no! What is this?! It's... It's not a girl! There are pants, not a skirt! I looked up to see a very angry face. "Are you going to sleep in there?! Get up!" His voice sounded like hundreds of thunders. "I'm... I'm so sorry!" I exclaimed quietly and hurriedly tried getting up. While doing that my hand also managed to touch something very soft under his clothes as I was trying to get myself up quickly. Oh no. Oh no... Did I just... I didn't, right? I didn't! I checked my hand feeling all the horrors that had just happened to me. I don't want to look at him... No, I hope he didn't notice! "Are you done touching others?! Go sit down somewhere, you i***t!" Again the thunder-like voice. I could feel his raging stare on my body. I'm dead meat! I'm so dead! It's only my first day here! What have I done in my previous life to deserve all of this?! I didn't have the guts to look at him. But I could see him in my side-sight. Even though the place was dimly-lit, he was handsome. The sharp features of his face were in balance with the soft ones. Just like an angel... I'm so damned! I'll be called a p*****t since the first day here! "I'm seriously so... so sorry!" I apologized once more, rushing away to escape my embarrassment. As I took a step, I tripped again. But this time it was because of him. He put his leg there, making me trip! "Can't you watch, where you're going?" He is just healing his hurt ego that I touched his ding ding! What a superficial guy! I got up, holding my skirt down to make sure nobody would see anything. I wasn't really used to wearing skirts. I decided not to say anything, not to look back at him, and just continue my way, letting him and the few other guys chortling in their seats. I could only hope he didn't see my face. In the end, I found a free chair at the end of the row, where I sat down and just let all of the air out. This was too much for the first day! Finally, after about an hour and half the speeches had ended and I managed to get out of the hall before they turned the lights on. I didn't want to see the guy and I prayed he wouldn't remember me, nor my face. Good thing they will hand me the tiny nametag, which I'll have to wear on my uniform, only this afternoon! Even if he remembers my face, I will change my hair! And most importantly, he won't know my name! I will be safe. I can do this. I will be fine. It's my first day, I have to make a good impression on everyone. You can do this, Sophia! Good luck! You're not a p*****t or anything of the sort! It was just an accident! I finished encouraging myself in front of the mirror in the bathroom. Even the bathrooms here were fancy. Huge mirrors, clean floors, beautiful sinks, and expensive-looking tiles... They had these kinds of bathrooms only in five-star hotels! I left the bathroom only after making sure the air was clean. The whole corridor was empty. I managed to get to another corner without seeing anyone. That place was a bit more full, but I needed to cross this hallway to get to the art classrooms! "Ow!" Something hit the top of my head. "Are you going to keep standing there, miss scholarship? Don't you need to get your nametag and get to your class?" I turned around to see a strict-looking female teacher, wearing narrow glasses. I gulped. It was one of the teachers, who finally supported me with her vote for attending the school. The art teacher, the menace of the arts, Missis Martha Kirchoff! "N-No, missis Kirchoff! I will get going right-" I already darted off, but she held me by my collar and pulled me back. "Your nametag." She said in her strict voice while pushing her glasses up her nose. She handed me a tiny plate with my name on it. Sophia Reed. A very plain-sounding name. Unlike those Roses and Nannalies and whatnot, I saw on the nameplates of some of the girls. I wasn't special at all. Here, I was standing out for not even being average... I sighed. "Get to your class! They won't be waiting for you for such a long time!" Martha Kirchoff was as strict as ever. "Y-Yes! I'll get going now!" Whenever she spoke to me, she frightened my tiny little soul, which felt even smaller in this huge place. Class 5-A, 5-A... Where is it? 5-C, 5-B...  I was walking in the corridor, moving past the art classes on the fifth floor. All of them were huge, just passing by one took me over five minutes. But classroom 5-A was nowhere to be found. I came to the other end of the hallway. The plates on the staircases said that 5-A was on the floor above. Stairs? How many stairs? Since the ceilings were so high, it took twice the amount of stairs to get to another floor. I finally managed to climb a couple of flights of stairs and slammed the door of classroom 5-A open. "I'm... I'm here!" I was trying to catch my breath. "Well, welcome, miss... Reed. We were expecting you a good ten minutes ago!" The female teacher, who was standing in front of the board, spoke to me in an unpleasant tone. "I'm sorry, I spoke with missis Kirchoff and lost the track of time!" I came up with a quick excuse. The teacher didn't say anything and let me inside the classroom full of students, who were each having their own big desk. I took up an empty desk next to the window. Without saying anything else, the teacher continued and didn't let herself be disturbed by me getting my things ready. Instead of looking at the board nor the teacher, I was captivated by the window. The view from here was beautiful. I could see the gardens and the main gate and the houses outside the school grounds. "Let's start with our class, shall we?!"
