"W-what Somnium Loop Spell, mother?" Colton ask.
"A Somnium Loop Spell means you are in a dream but you think this dream is real as you continue your life. This is dangerous for you since you come back here in the past." My mother said. She knew the spell I cast and knew the danger of it. Fascinating!
"Why, mother?" Colton ask.
"Because if you would not wake up in your dream, you will forever trap here. And the scene here in your dreams will occur repeatedly until it will make you depressed. Make you insane and worse, you kill yourself. So you should wake up, my son." His mother said.
"So, that is the spell you cast to them? The Somnium Loop Spell and this kind of dream are dangerous." Allyson said, not smiling.
"Yes. But this spell is good to use to know his past, to know his heart and the truth. Then we will know if we can trust him." I replied.
"So how he can wake up from this dream?" Allyson asks.
"As what Constancia said, it must be a voluntarily awakening, or I should get back the spell. But I am telling you now, I don't want to do the 2nd option." I truthfully said to Allyson.
Allyson looked at me crossed arm.
" "So, he better wake up soon is this what you mean." He stated the fact. I nod.
"Yes. I prefer that." I answered. We continue watching Colton's dream.
"How mother? How can I wake up from this dream?" Colton ask. He has a worried face.
"That is what you have to find out. I will help you, son. So take rest, for now, my son. Tomorrow, let us talk about your life in the future in your free time, ok?" Mother said.
"Ok, mom. Goodnight." Colton said.
"Goodnight. Sleep well." His mother said. She kissed me on my forehead before leaving me in my bedroom.
Young Colton wakes up early morning to train with Colton in their backyard. The other warriors train, too, in the training field.
"Try harder!" Colton said to his young image. He tries to do what has Colton instructed him. He throws punches at him and does a butterfly kick and almost perfects it.
"Ok, let us rest for a while and resume again later." Her mother walked towards them.
"Now, you two, don't stare at the food, go sit and eat well," Constancia said.
"Yes, mother!" They said and hurriedly sit on the chair, put food on our plate and begin to eat.
"Where is father, mom?" Young Colton asks.
"He is with the King. He took already his breakfast earlier so not to worry." Constancia said.
"Where are they going?" Young Colton asks.
"They having a private meeting," Constancia said.
"What is it all about?" Colton asked. Constancia shrugs her shoulder and puts another meat on their plates.
"You both eat more meat. You take a rest after eating before practicing, ok?" Constancia said.
"Yes, mom." The two said. The young Colton looks at him. Maybe he was surprised why Colton called his mother 'mom'. I think.
"You call my mother, mom, too." Young Colton said as I predicted.
"Ah, yeah. Because he looks like my mom." Colton said. He glances at their mother. Constancia smiles. Good alibi, Colton.
"It's ok to call me your mom, Colt. You are like a son to me, too." Constancia said so as the young Colton will not be suspicious.
After eating, young Colton was called by the Royal Beta. Constancia and Colton are left alone at home.
"How is your life in the future, my son?" Constancia asked.
"My life there is good, Mom. As of now, I am a police officer there. I am chasing Vladimir." Colton said.
"V-Vladimir as Vladimir Malkavian?" She said. This caught my attention more. She knew Vladimir Malkavian.
"Yes, mother," Colton said.
"Why?" Constancia asked.
"The Sepentriones Kingdom is doing something bad I think. And you know the Malkavian Clan. They are mad and evil. As of now, they spreading havoc in Seward Park. They killed and kidnaps teenagers." Colton said.
"Oh, that is evil!" Mother said.
"Yes," I said.
"And who are Elliot and Allyson you followed?" Constancia asked.
"Elliot and Allyson. I don't know but I do always feel a hunch by these two. Elliot is a lycan but Allyson I can't tell. He smell's human. But lately, when we chasing Vladimir's gang in the forest he has super-speed like beyond my speed, He is strong that he can fight one the vampire named Darius." I said.
"A human with supernatural power, you mean?" Constancia asked. Her face has become suspicious.
"Yes, mother." And I told her about them. How we met, the castle, grandma Alice, and so on, weird things that the twin and I observe. So, that is why they sneaking inside the castle what are we hidden. The reason why uncle Muffy was killed. Constancia stays silent until the stories end.
"Did you find what is your grandfather commands you?" Constancia said. What is it? I am curious.
"Yes, mother but so far I can't find the bloodline of the King Amoux. I failed you, father and grandfather. I am sorry." Colton said sadly. Constancia stood. Allyson and I look at each other.
"Why they are looking for you?" I asked Allyson. Allyson shrugs his shoulder.
"I-i don't know," Allyson replied. We look to the crystal ball again when we heard Constancia's voice.
"Come with me, my son," Constancia said to him. He follows her. They go to a library. I think this is his father's library or office? She pressed a secret wall. They entered the secret room.
"Come in, " Constancia said waving her hand, the couch move, then the carpet removes by her magic, too. She chants a spell. The carpet was gone. A secret door appears and it opens.
They go down. The door closed when they were inside. The couch moves again to its place. The room was organized, neat, and clean, too. Each cabinet has a label. There are also some species at the glass jar, small or big. A mark of a witch. I am empressed to the organization of her secret room. I am excited to know what kind of witch is her mother.
"Have a seat, son." She said. Colton sits on the chair. She gets a mandrake, some spices, and herbs puts them on a basket. Then she put the mandrake on a stainless basin which she put on a stove using charcoal. She uses her magic to create a fire. She puts the mandrake in it, she chants a spell while slowly putting in the spices and some herbs. After a while, she called Colton.
"Come here, Colton," Constancia said which he followed. When Colton was beside her she waves an herb at him and softly brushes him on his head while chanting a spell. Then she puts the herb into the stainless basin with the other ingredients and puts fire on it to burn them. A smoke shapes while her mother staring at it.
My mouth opens wide and I gasp!
"What is happening?" Allyson asked worriedly.
"The spell! T-that s-spell!" I stammered. I couldn't believe my eyes.
