Third Person's POV
“Yes. We saw it yesterday.” Lex continued.
“She can control the ground and command the vines to kill the fledglings,” Alex said.
“She can use the lightning to turn them to ashes,” Lex said.
“She can use the water to carry them away and disappear from nowhere.” It was Alex.
“She can use the fire to burn them,” Lex said.
“Wow! Is that true? I never heard such powers in one vampire.” Colton said with an amazed expression.
“Wow! She is super-duper supernatural, then. If you say so.” Allyson said. He was amazed by the story he heard.
“You said 'she'?” Colton asked.
“Yes, gamma.” Alex replied.
“So she is a sexy a*s but dangerous.” Allyson grinned.
“Where is she now?” Colton asked.
“Gamma she is with werewolves. She is with the Blue Moon Shadow Pack.” Alex said.
“She is with werewolves? How come?” Colton asked confusedly
“It happens that one of the warriors of Blue Moon Pack is her best friend,” Lex said.
“Oh!” Colton and Allyson said in unison.
“Yes, Gamma. We followed them discreetly and watched them the whole night to get additional information. That is why we only came early this morning.” Alex said as his eyes looked sleepy because they didn't have slept yet
"Well done, guys! Thanks for the information." Colton said.
“So, what we should do now, Gamma?” Lex asked.
“For now, you continue to get information about that she-vamp. And also get information about fledglings in discreet. Mind-linking me if you get any information this time. Be careful in your discreet.” Colton said, as the twin nodded.
“Yes, gamma!” The twin said.
“So you have to take your rest now. Sleep well.” Colton said.
“Yes, Gamma,” Alex replied.
“I will ask our housekeeper to send your food right away. I think you haven't eaten yet.” Allyson said. The two delighted at what Allyson said.
“Thank you, Ali. Yes, we were hungry,” Lex said. His stomach grumbled. He brushed his back of his nape, touching his stomach and laughed. The rest were laughing, too.
They went out of the secret garden. The twin proceeded to their bedroom to take their sleep after breakfast.
Colton's POV
“So what do you thin"So what do you think about the she-vamp?" I asked Ali. I want to know his opinion about this.
“Well, I don't know about your kind that much, but I love super naturals stories since I was a kid and I don't know that it is real,” Allyson replied.
“I mean, what do you think to do with that she-vamp?” I asked.
“Why do you question me like that? I am human, not a match with her. But if you're asking me to be her ally, it is a good idea.” Then Allyson smiled.
“Yeah! That is what I want to hear.” I smiled.
“Let's go. Let's pass your transfer. And make you a real police officer.” Allyson reminded me. I almost forgot about the transfer. Good thing that he was reminded me of it.
“Ok, let's go,” I said. We walked outside the house to parking. We used the pick-up car of Allyson. He doesn't like to use SUV because we are just two this time.
Allyson's POV
I drove my pick-up with Colton to go to the city. The city is lively from morning until evening. This was what I missed. I grew up here. I only left this town when I took college. Furthermore, I went to New York to John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
"Can I have you a question?" Colton blurted out.
“Yes, sure!” I immediately answered him. Glancing at him then focused on my driving.
“Is your ancestor is from this place or immigrant?” Colton asked. I lost for a minute with his question before I answered him while trying to remember it.
“I don't know much, but all I know was that, my ancestors were not originally from here,” I answered truthfully.
“Where are your ancestors come from?” He asked.
“All I know is, they came from Europe,” I said. I was curious why he wanted to know about my ancestors.
“Oh,” He exclaimed.
“Hey, why are you asking about my ancestors?” I can't help but asked him my thoughts.
“Oh, because you live in the castle and the castle are inside the forest,” Colton replied. I was suspicious of him. I felt that there was something amiss.
"Oh, if you want the history of my clans maybe I can show it to you or ask the butler. The butler is old and he knows everything. But I don't know if he will answer you. He is a quiet snob and silent. He doesn't like to be talked about these topics." I said.
“Oh, so what do you mean, you can show me your clans?” Colton asked.
“Well, if I'm free. We have a library. As I remember…" Then I stopped, remembering what my mother told me,
“Son, do not let anyone go in here without your grandmother's permission. This library was quite sacred for our ancestors, so do not let outsiders enter this room. Unless it's the Butler, your father, Elliot, and grandmother.” My loving mother's soft voice echoed in my mind.
“Yes, mommy!” as I replied in my tiny voice.
“Good boy.” My mother said and made "Yes, mommy!" as I replied with my tiny voice.
"Good boy." My mother said and made my hair messy. I chuckled.
“You will know when it's time, my son. So be patient. For now, follow my order. Ok?” She said kissing my cheek and lovingly hugging me.
“ Yes, mommy, "I said, kissing back my mommy on her cheek and clinging to her neck.
“As you remember what?” Colton asks me. His voice made me went back to Earth.
“Oh, no, it's not what you think. I was wrong, sorry for that. Our Butler knew better than me, maybe because he was old as one of the family's members. Perhaps you can ask him.” I smiled flatly. I felt anxious.
“Oh, ok.” He said.
“So tell me about yourself?” I asked him.
“Oh, there is so much to tell but, this day is not enough to say those things about me,” Colton said, he rolled his eyes. I stop at the front of our headquarters.
“Here we are!” I said. “You can go inside and submit it. I will wait for you at that coffee shop,” which I pointed to him. I want to have coffee, because I haven't taken yet this morning.
“Ok. See you then!” As Colton goes out from pick-up with a brown envelope and walked to the entrance while I went to the coffee shop I mentioned.
Colton's POV
I walked inside the headquarters, to the information desk to inquire.
“Hi, good afternoon, officer.” I greeted the clerk officer. He halted momentarily, looked at me before continue his typing on the computer.
“Yes, sir. What can I do for you?” He replied while typing.
“I am a new transferee here in your town. I would like to submit my transfer in your head.” I said. The officer stopped his typing.
“Ok. Where are your documents?” He asked me.
“Here are my documents, sir.” As I showed him the brown envelope I was holding. He got the brown envelope. He opened it to look at it.
"Ok, you have a contact number here?" He asked.
"Yes," I said.
“Ok, we will call you for your reporting day. As of now, the Chief is out of town, so we cannot decide. So, leave your documents here for now.” He said.
“Is that so?” I said, feeling upset.
“Yes, but he will be back in a couple of days so, not to worry about it.” He informed me.
“Ok, I will go then and wait for your message or call then,” I said.
“Ok. Not to worry.” He said, and he carefully put my brown envelope to his 'incoming' rack.
“Ok. Thank you. I'll take my leave now.” I said.
“Ok.” He replied. He continued his typing. I strode towards the exit.
