Rose’s POV:
After what happened this morning I knew I had to stay away from Thorn, this attraction between us had me wanting more, I wanted to mean more to him, and I knew that was not possible, all he wanted was my body.
I walked to the Captains cabin, not sure of what I would find there, but I had to get away from Thorn. As I entered the cabin, Emma was standing over the captain, a syringe in her hand, it looked as if she just injected him, she turned around and tried to hide the syringe from me, which I thought was strange.
The cabin was a bloody mess. I picked up of the bloody bandages from the floor, at the moment this was all I could do to help.
