    I felt like I only slept a few hours by the time everyone started to wake up. I laid there listening to the rustling of the tents, everyone starting to come out and do tasks they most likely did all the time. I could tell by how fluid everyone was and how they barely needed to talk to each other that they were used to traveling together. No one ever argued with Ren or Jem, and even Betty was seen commanding people once or twice. Dog tried a few times, but it seemed more like he was seen as a jester of sorts, and people either ignored him or laughed at him.
