Jem pov     I woke up in the middle of the night warily, looking around. Aislyn exerted herself so much last night that I told her to leave it be tonight. But here I was, being woken up because of the crunch of the sticks outside my tent made me wary. Was she really out there trying to sneak by herself?      I laid there with my hands clenched together, breathing through my nose as I listened. Was she going to come in here or seriously try to sneak out without me?
