EDWARD’S POV

“Are you sure that, this is her address?” I asked Antonio and patiently waited for his reply. Antonio was one of my henchmen. He is the one who organizes the dirty deals for me and ensures that the deals are executed. I don’t necessarily take part in them. I don’t like to get my hands dirty most of the time. I only do that when I am dealing with special cases. My job is to give the instruction and also to receive the news that all that I wanted has been taken care of and the money they owed me has been deposited in my bank account.

“Yes, I have just talked to her. In fact, she called us hoping that we would forgive her. That is absurd, right? She really doesn’t know the people she is dealing with. I mean how can we let all those billions go just like that? Anyway, as we were talking, our IT guy tracked and we have found out that she is studying at The University of Nairobi. She has been there for two months now” Antonio explained.

“Oh, I see,” I said with a small smile. I was proud of what they were doing. I needed the girl to surrender the billions as soon as possible. I didn’t get my hands dirty for nothing.

“I wish that she could make things easy for herself. She should have just surrendered the 5 billion that we had requested from her. I don’t know why she is complicating everything” I told Antonio.

“I know right. I really wonder why she doesn’t want to surrender the inheritance that her dad left for her yet it was not something she was expecting in the first place.” Antonio stated.

“She will be forced to surrender the money when I find her. Antonio, she must give me all the money. Now that she has proven not to cooperate, I will not be taking the five billion anymore. I will take everything from her,” I said before sipping the glass of William Lawson that was right in front of me.

“Sir, do you think it is necessary for you to go to Nairobi because of her. She doesn’t deserve your attention. Allow me to take care of her for you. I will do a clean job,” Antonio advised me.

“Excuse me? Are you going to question my decisions?” I turned to face him with a cold stare. I really hate it when people counter my plans.

“No, of course not. I was just trying to help as you finalize about the cocaine deal that was to start by the end of next week.” He mumbled incoherently.

“Can’t you take care of that? That is why I am paying you more than the rest. I want you to take care of things when I am not around!” I yelled before smashing the liquor glass against the wall. This guy really gets to my nerve.

“Yes sir, I am so sorry sir,” He quickly apologized.

“I can easily end you and you know that. So please, don’t push me!” I warned him.

“I am so sorry sir,” He apologized once again.

“I need the 10 billion that her father left her as her inheritance. I want all of it!” I made it very clear. So, get my bags packed. I am leaving for Nairobi right away,” I ordered him.

“Yes sir!”

“What are you looking at? Clean the damn floor! “I yelled at the maid who had just shown up so as to clean my mess.

I was literally breathing fire by the time I got to my room. I hated my workers for stressing me with so many issues. I now understand why I need a wife. All my life, for the forty years that I have lived in this planet, I have been working my ass off. Ever since I was a little boy, I have always wanted to be a billionaire. I have never stopped till I gave myself that title five years ago.

I thought that I was going to relax after getting the billionaire status but still that was not enough. In fact, I needed more. I become compelled to do more that I started doing unlawful things. I started blackmailing millionaires who will in turn give me most of their money so that I could not expose their dirty secrets.

This business had been a success till I met a man by the name Bernard Summers who couldn’t just cooperate. We had to take care of him but still, he acted smart.

He thought that by leaving all his life savings to her daughter, we would stop pursuing him but he was very wrong. He lost because he was a stupid man. Anyway, I am going to Nairobi to take every single penny from her daughter Molly Summers. I get what I want no matter what it will take for me to get it. Bernard thought that he was smart in this game but he didn’t know the person he was messing with.

My name is Edward Parker and I am going to show him how the game is played. This is going to be an easy game since I am playing it with her 22 year old collage daughter.

“Sir, everything is ready for your departure to Nairobi,” Antonio announced after knocking softly on my door.
