Alexa's POV
"Alexa, you're mine, baby and I'll take you home." I watched Trevor's lips move in slow motion. I wasn't sure if my head was feeling so hazy and heavy, or if he really was speaking slowly.
My legs felt so weak, and everywhere was looking so weird. Before I could do anything, he wrapped his hands around me and lifted me up.
I couldn't fight him off, even though I badly wanted to. Or did I? I wasn't sure. Trevor really did know how to destroy things.
"Don't you even dare!" A voice said from my back, and I felt Trevor's body freeze in place. It was Auden's voice. His voice boomed around, and a shiver settled in me.
He sounded so angry. Immediately, Trevor turned around and carefully dropped me, but he didn't let my hand go. He held me like he owned me.
