Back at Lisa's house, both of them hugged each other and stayed silent for a while. They both know each other and were thinking the same thing when will they have their kids? They always felt this void, but since started taking care of Jack for 4 years, it grew more than ever.

Next early in the morning, Lisa went to Ivy's home and they drove to the school. It was a prestigious school, and the fees were so huge. Matt insisted on letting Jack study here. Matt specifically said, that since I'm his godfather, I'm insisting on making him join this school. On the contrary, I would get 50% of the school fee discount, and that equals your budget for the school fees. So, you are not indebted anything to me.

I know both Matt and Lisa have been so nice to me since the beginning of my journey with Jack. I couldn't feel grateful other than them in my whole life.

Both Ivy and Lisa went to the Director's office regarding the admission. The director, asked why she didn't mention the father's name? and Jack was surprised that his mom, didn't mention his father.

Jack thought, if my father is far away, why didn't mom mention his name? Even though she said he is alive, I feel he is not in this world. But, he will have a name right? Why it is not mentioned here?

Seeing the situation is getting awkward, Lisa intervened and mentioned, 'Oh, her husband is not in the country, at the moment. Ivy, fill in the form, I'll take Jack to roam around the school. Okay?

Ivy nodded to both of them and after they left, she turned to the director and said, 'Is it necessary and mandatory to fill that column?

Seeing her rigid and composed look from the soft look of a loving mother earlier, the director got scared and also impressed by her composure.

A mother should be like that, no matter what, she shouldn't let her children down.

Jack went out with Lisa and explored the school, which is very vast and has both indoor and outdoor play areas, a big playground, an experiment room, and singing, dancing, and music rooms all in a separate section, his class is on the ground floor at the corner.

Ivy came from the director's room, straight towards Jack's class, and exchanged pleasantries with his teacher Bella.

There were only 10 students per section dedicated to a specific class teacher who handled them a whole day along with 2 assistants. Satisfied with the school atmosphere, Ivy and Lisa left from there, and Jack immediately befriended everyone.

Lisa and Ivy went to the cafe nearby and enjoyed their morning breakfast. As for Jack, the breakfast and lunch will be provided by the school and she was more than happy with the setting. Since Jack could explore more food options with his friends. Ivy went to the office from there, whereas Lisa went back home.

Ivy picked up Jack from the school and went home, throughout their journey, Jack didn't say anything about the school things, which is very unusual. This school has a special facility for the working parents. They allow the kids to spend their time in the school, till evening by making them engage in sports or other activities or an afternoon nap for toddlers.

Ivy especially liked this point about this school, as she knows, she can't manage him full day, due to her work. Ivy was already planning to hire a care-taker, so he could come home whenever he wanted.

Jack suddenly asked, 'Mom, will dad ever come to us? or he married someone?'

He might have already married someone or he might still be enjoying his flings or his ex. But, Jack, if he is suitable to be your dad and love you whole-heartedly, that's enough for us to meet him every other time. I understand, how much you are missing a father's role in your life. But, your mother needs time to meet him, I should be financially more stable to get head-on with him and you should be more stronger than ever, my boy!
