I woke up around 4 a.m. as usual and started my morning chores. I will sweep and mop the pack house, prepare breakfast and clean Alpha's room and office. and also his dad Alpha Clifford's and Luna Angela's room. I'm sorry for blabbering non-stop without introducing myself. my name is Elena Abraham. I'm an orphan. my parents were killed when they took me to play in the playground in our pack. all I could remember was my parents telling me to run when a fire broke out with a boy much older than me. I was accused of killing my parents and I was subjected to work in the pack house as a maid with the omegas. I'm also not allowed to shift, the first time I shifted was when I was 16 years old,I shifted on my birthday around 12 a.m, I was so excited that I told my friend Rebecca, she's a year older than me. An Omega had our conversation and told alpha Clifford, who warned me severely not to shift ever again,so as not to kill a pack member. I was really sad and only seek solance in my friend. Rebecca. she's all mega but friendly. After sweeping the pack house and mobbing it, I headed to Alpha's office. I cleaned and arranged it, before heading to the kitchen, it's my turn to cook today. I prepared sandwich,hot dog, coffee and doughnuts. I serve the meal around 7 a.m., as they are eating both the Alpha and his parents, I went upstairs to tidy up their rooms. before I'm done cleaning,they are done and with eating, I cleared the table and wash the dishes and clean the kitchen. I headed to my room that is in the back of the pack house. immediately I came in I fell asleep on my bed without locking my door. I slept for about an hour until I felt like my bed was wet I woke up and saw the Luna with a bucket in her hand. "what did you think you are doing, you lazy pig? "she shouted angrily. "sleeping Luna "I said bowing my head. "sleeping?, by this time?, are you pregnant? "she asked. "no luna, I'm not pregnant "I answered still Bowing my head. "are your chores done? "she inquired. "yes Luna "I answered. "you are done and my dirty clothes is still in my room, right? "she scolded. "I'm sorry Luna, I will go and do your laundry immediately "I answered. "if I may ask,why we are you sleeping " " I'm tired Luna". "tired or too lazy to work, will you get out of my presence "she shouted. on my way out she called me back. "Elena, come back here". she called out to me. " so if I asked you to leave you will leave, you are walking out on me right? "she asked. "no luna, I'm sorry. please"I apologized. "so it has gotten to the extent of you walking out on me? "she asked as she slap me. "no luna, I'm sorry "I apologized tears running down my cheeks. "f**l"she said as she left my room. As she left my room I followed her heading to the park house to do her laundry. as I took the clothes leaving her room I saw Rebecca coming out of Alpha Stanley's office. "Hi Rebecca "I called out to her. "Elena, the luna have been looking for you, I try coming to call you out of your room but she insisted on coming instead and I couldn't warn you before she gets there, are you all right " she asked concerned. "i'm all right, I want to do her laundry " I explained. "Okay, tomorrow is your 18th birthday I can't wait to know who your mate is "she said as we entered the laundry room. " No matter who my mate is, who will want to be with a mate that killed her parents? " I lamented. "you didn't kill your parents". "they all think that I did". "I hope so"I answered. when I was done with my washing, I went to the kitchen took my breakfast and headed towards my room. I took my bath and slept for a while, I had a knock on at my door. I opened it and saw Rebecca standing in front of my door. "what did you think that you are doing Elena?, it's past the time to prepare lunch" she said as she dragged me out of my room and headed for the Pack house. "what's the time?"I asked panicked. "it's already 20 minutes past one " she answered. " oh my goodness "I explained as I started running towards the pack house. I got to the kitchen and started preparing pasta and sauce, soup and salad, and egg Mayo sandwich with the help of Rebecca and Madam stephanie, she treats me like her daughter and she never found her mate. she is 36 years and very kind, she is not an omega but voluntarily want to work for the pack. before the meal is done it's 10 minutes late and some pack members are already complaining. "where is that b****"someone shouted. "why is the lunch taking so long" another asked. I immediately started serving the meals. Alpha Stanley was sitting with his beta Robert and a female warrior esther, who always flints around the Alpha. I served their table and headed to serve other tables. "hey, you r****l" esther called out to me. "don't you know that I like more chilli's in my meals?" she asked. "I'm sorry Esther, I will go get more paper for you" I said heading towards the kitchen. "don't you know that you will serve us some drinking water?" she asked when I returned with the chilli. "I'm sorry "I apologize and headed towards the dispenser. I put the water in to the jug and also brought some glass cup for the Alpha,beta and her. "pour some water for me" she demanded. I poured some water for the Alpha, beta before pouring some water for her. As I was pouring the water for her, she tried picking up the chilli, her arm touched the jug, causing some water to spill and pour on her. "Goodness me, are you blind?, dizzy or clumsy" she shouted after slapping me. "please, I'm really sorry, it was not intentional" I said apologizing her. "unintentional?" she asked totally mad. "Esther, please calm down she have apologized" Robert said trying to calm her down. "Apologized? she have to kneel down and apologise". she said very angry. "Esther,sit down" Alpha Stanley commanded. she sat down fuming with anger.... " how could this b****....” "If you say another word, you will leave this table" The Alpha ordered before she could finish her sentence while drinking some water. she shut up and continue eating her meal. When everyone was done eating, I cleared the table and washed the dishes. As I was washing the dishes, someone dragged my hair, from the back and turn me around to face her. I saw that it was Esther. "You b****, did you think that because the Alpha saved you that you are free?, how dare you humiliate me by spilling water on me?". she fired angryly, As she slapped me across my face. By now my face is burning and red in colour. "Did you know how hard I tried to dress up for the Alpha?".She asked angrily still holding my hair. "I'm really sorry Esther, I didn't mean to please, I'm so sorry please" I begged. "Did you think that begging will save you?" she asked she didn't notice the presence of the Alpha when he came in. "Esther, what did you think, that you are doing, Going against my order?" he asked angrily. Esther was surprised to see him and withdrew her hand from my hair. "No, no, no, Alpha I was just... errm... errm talking to her ". she stammered. "Esther did you think that I'm blind?". He asked. "Alright baby, I'm sorry" she said hugging him and running her hand all over his body. "Esther, don't use my intelligence" He said, removing her hand from his body. "Joseph " he called out to his guard. "Joseph, take her out of here and slap her 24 times". He ordered.
