1424 Words
*Anders POV* "WHERE IN THE FÛCK IS MY DAUGHTER?" I screamed angrily as I began throwing things against the wall. "We are looking everywhere, sir. Her phone was found at the venue smashed into a million pieces." Michal said sternly. "We should look at the footage from the venue. I have a strong feeling that boy has something to do with it. Jade seemed to protective over him as if she knew him. I don't like it one bit." My husband Jackson growled angrily. "Send me Gene and Don while we search over the footage." I snapped impatiently. "Yes, Sir, right away," said Paul, one of my other guards. "Was it just me or did my granddaughter seem a bit off this evening?" My father said firmly. I thought back to the party and come to think of it, she seemed like she was staggering around a bit. "Do you think she was drunk? My daughter would never touch drugs." I said with concern. "Son, she is a teenager. Hêll, she is just like your mom. She can be rebellious when she wants to be." My father chuckles in amusement. *Knock* *Knock* "Come in." I snapped out. Gene and Don come walking in and they seem nervous. I narrow my eyes at them and decide to scare the fûck out of them. "Should I kill you now or later?" I said as I grabbed my gun out of my pocket and pointed it directly at them. "Anders, What are you doing? Baby, you need to calm down. You need to have a level head on this." Jackson says in a rush. "They know something. Don't you see how nervous they are?" I gritted out, "You better start talking or I'm pulling the trigger, I don't care how long you both have worked for me." Gene put his hands up in surrender and stepped forward. "This morning after we called you about her trying to ditch us, she had mentioned that she saw someone following her, well, she said she thought she did. We looked around, but when we did, no one was there. Then Declan decided they should skip the rest of the day, so we thought it would be okay, so she could calm down and just spend the rest of the day with Declan and Jenna before her party." I was breathing heavily and clenching my jaw. I pulled the trigger twice and hit them both in the leg. They screamed out and fell to the ground. "You didn't fûcking think to mention any of this earlier?" I growled viciously. "We never... found... anything... Boss." Don groaned in pain as he held his knee. Jackson grabbed his phone and dialed someone. "Tommy, we need to talk to Jenna and Declan. Yes, please bring them to the house right now. See you in a few." He hung up the phone and then looked over at me. "My brother said that Jenna and Declan our worried sick. They are a mess." He said shaking his head with worry. "Yeah, well, tell them to join the party. I don't know what I would do... if...-" I started to say, but Jackson came over to me and embraced me tightly. "Shh... we will find her baby. Just stay calm for Daddy. Okay?" He whispered in my ear. I shivered slightly and then the tears began to fall as I clung to my husband. Within seconds my father was there to embrace us as well. "Stay strong my sons, we will do whatever it takes to get her back." Jackson released me and wiped my tears with his thumbs, and then wiped his face with the back of his hand. My father stepped away and smiled sadly. "Thanks, Dad, you know how much that means to us," I said sniffling. He nodded his head knowingly. "I have a few contacts. I will call them and get back to you both. I love you, son, don't worry...We will find those fûckers." and with those words, he left the office closing the door behind him. "Landon will find something out. Just have faith Anders." Michal said. I nodded my head and then took a deep breath and let it out slowly. *Ring* *Ring* "This is Kingston," I said firmly. "Sir, we have the footage you asked for from the venue. I sent it to your computer. Do you need anything else?" Denson, my computer tech, asked curiously. "No, thank you, that will be all," I said and disconnected the call, "Denson just sent the footage from her venue. Let's take a look." Jackson and I walked over to the computer. I sat down and Jackson pulled a chair out for himself. "Michal take those two to George so he can patch them up." I said gritting my teeth, "This is your last chance, Gene and Don, the next time, you will fûcking die." "Yes, sir." They both mumbled nervously as Michal led them out of the office. I opened the email and then opened the file. The computer screen instantly was flooded with video footage from Jade's party. Jackson and I watched carefully. He took the left side of the screen and I took the right. After about an hour into the footage, I noticed one of the waiters trying to flirt with Jade. "Hey, Jackson, take a look at this," I said as I stared at the screen. He leaned over and we watched our daughter. Hopefully, we will find something out. Jade seemed a bit confused and dizzy, she took in a few deep breaths and then shook her head at the waiter. He just frowned and then walked away. Jade turned and headed over to Jenna and Declan. Then I noticed the waiter Jade had bumped into and who had held her arm. The only problem was he had just slit the throat of the waiter who had just flirted with Jade and changed into the dead waiter's clothes, then proceeded to drag the body into another room. We watched how he stalked our daughter for several hours. Jade headed toward the table with food on it and I noticed he purposely bumped into her. Her eyes widened with recognition and she gasped. "Careful now Princess. Wouldn't want to make a scene, now would we?" The boy says dangerously low. Jade looked at him, whimpered softly, and then clenched her thighs tightly. "She knew him! She knew that motherfûcker. That's why she protected him. She met him before. Fûck!" Jackson said breathing heavily. He was livid. "Apparently our daughter has a thing for him as well. She looks completely lovestruck. She looks like she is about to jump that fûcker." I gritted out. "There's no fûcking way. I'll kill him first." Jackson says with so much hatred. I picked up my phone and dialed Denson. "Yes, Boss." He answered immediately. "That boy who was holding my daughter's arm, I want you to run his face through the system. See if we get a hit with the face recognition program. Jade knows him and we need to know who we are dealing with. Let me know as soon as you get a hit." I snapped out viciously, then disconnected the call. "What are we going to tell our Bunny?" I asked hesitantly. "We will figure something out, baby. Don't lose yourself. I am trying really hard to stay strong as well. It's hard, but I need to be strong for our family." Jackson whispered roughly. I got up out of my chair and sat on his lap. I cupped his face and looked him in the eyes. "You're not alone on that. We will hold each other up and stay strong together. That's what husbands are for, isn't it? I got your back, you got mine? We are in this together. Give me your strength Daddy, and I will give you mine." I said softly. Jackson looked at me with an indescribable look and gulped loudly. "God, I love you so much. I don't know what I would do without you. You keep me sane Anders." Jackson said leaning his forehead against mine. "You keep me grounded as well. Without you, I wouldn't be where I am today. I love you too, Jackson. Life is worth living as long as we have each other and our family. Let's go get our baby girl back." I said fiercely and leaned down and kissed Jackson's lips. We had a war coming. I just hope we are ready for it.
