The look on his face was priceless and everything I was hoping it would be. Juliana and Caroline had helped me get ready earlier while Samantha helped ensure everything was set up with the help of Kasen and the entire inner circle.
It was nice getting closer with Juliana as an adult and Caroline has felt like family since the moment I met her. I was quickly growing attached to everyone I met here which was why, even if I didn’t show it, I was ecstatic when Shawn proposed an initiation ceremony. My wolf was feeling restless not being tied to a pack. I could feel every part of my soul begging for a family to claim. Wolves were social creatures, and after so many years in solitude, I was ready to belong again.
