Chapter 9 Two hours later, Kenji drove James and his mom back to James’ place. James rode in front and held Kenji’s hand. “I am so grateful to you for all you’ve done for us.” He wiped tears. “How did you know about CPR?” “I went to college in Oregon, rural area. They needed EMTs and the like. I went to school in the summer to be certified. I worked my way through college working as an EMT.” His mom leaned forward. “Thank God for you, my boy.
