Chapter Thirty:
“Hello my name is David I was sent to show your group around and take the princess to her wing.” Announced a teenage boy that suddenly appeared by us.
I jumped when he started speaking because I hadn’t seen him approach. “My wing?” I asked.
“Her wing?” reiterated my Mother.
“Yes Ma’am that’s what the King requested.”
“Alright then lead the way.” I said softly waving my hands in a flourish.
“Yes Princess of course follow me.” He smiled a bright smile and turned and started heading towards a gate in the far distance. “If you have any questions about this wonderful place you can ask me. I am always willing to help in whatever way I can.” He smiled and held open the gate for us to enter the grounds when we reached them.
