Chapter Twenty:
Over the next few weeks a lot of things happened. My mom moved to be an on campus volunteer to help around and also help my security detail. My dreams remained mine as long as I drank Tasha’s tea each night but every time I would wake, I would gasp awake terrified of what I would see at the end of my bed, but the protection remained in place. Walking from class to class I turned almost zombie like the suspension was lifted thanks to some negotiating on my Mom’s part. Kelly really didn’t want to budge but finally she gave in and gave me my freedom back. Miranda was acting strange and disappearing for periods of time not explaining it to anybody, not even me. Veronica, and Melissa just kept saying she was going through a “Tough time” but they wouldn’t elaborate when I asked
