Aurora's POV
"Now its even, are you satisfied?"
My hand was throbbing from that slap. My strength had increased after working with Edward's guards.
Daisy was stunned by the slap and all the guests were shocked. Only Edward was momentarily surprised before he burst out laughing, a mocking chuckle that echoed loudly in the silent hall.
Daisy's right cheek was now swollen, perfectly symmetrical to the left. She screamed in protest, crying as she spoke.
"How could you do this to me!"
I looked down at her, bending slightly as I grabbed her swollen face. Mimicking Edward's usual expression, I squinted my eyes and spoke with a menacing tone. "Look around, Daisy. All the guests here today are powerful Alphas. Can you guess why they're here?"
