Our eyes locked, and everything stopped. I can see the struggle in Luke's eyes, so I killed the tension and greeted him awkwardly. " Luke! What are you doing here?!" I shrieked. That's the time he blinked and got out of the trance. " Ahm," he scratches the back of his head as if embarrassed of being caught staring. " I ah, want to surprise you with dinner?" He said and raised the boxes in his hand. I looked at it, then back to his blushing face. Wow, Luke Davies is blushing! " Luke, you didn't have to. I've ordered my dinner already," I told him and let him come in before closing the door. " Well, you declined my invitation for lunch, so I thought maybe you wouldn't say no to dinner?
