Chapter 11A week later, Eason hopped into the kitchen to get the coffee thermos and bring it out to the balcony. Nate had come home from work a little while earlier and had brought blueberry muffins they were eating outside. The first thing he noticed was a yellow Post-it on the refrigerator. He hopped closer and read: Angelina July 28th, 10 AM After pouring the coffee, he put the thermos underneath his arm, squeezed it against his side, and hopped out to the balcony. “Who’s Angelina?” Nate looked up from his phone. “It’s about a job.” “A job?” “Yeah, I have an interview.” He grimaced.
