My heart was beating too fast as I found my dead end. I didn’t attempt to turn to my back and face them because I know… they are just meters away behind me. With my energy all drained and what happened to me earlier, I have no energy to deal with them.
I know that this is part of the prank but somehow, it scared me. This feels different from those childish and immature pranks that Clyde usually does. Somehow, something feels weird about this one. As if I need to run away because something bad will happen if I remain here.
Trying my best to have courage and using the remaining energy inside my body, I tried to appear as if I don’t care and I am not in my weak state right now. When I turn around to face them, they are exactly a few meters away from me now. J
