The following morning, Jason woke up early and he quickly dressed up to leave without taken his bath, as he hadn't slept well the previous night.

Just as he was thru buttoning his shirt, just then he heard a knock and two female servants walked in scenting humans.

"Good morning" They greeted him, while Tyler was just waken up from the bed they both shared the previous night and he stared to them.

"What do you want?" Jason asked coldly as their scent was irritating his nose to devour one of them and making him wanting to transformed.

They normally transformed home, and run for morning exercise now he had to stay in human form feeling sick and wanting to transformed. He knew Tyler was in a much difficult situation as Tyler didn't have much control like he did, as Tyler hardly left their pack.

"We came to prepare your baths" The two young maids replied calmly and Jason walked towards the exit door.

"We're already leaving and there won't be any need for that. Come Tyler, let's go" Jason spoked and Tyler stared to the two meals in front of him.

His fang was already coming out and he heard Jason, "Don't!."

Tyler frowned and he immediately ran passed them to catch up with Jason as he couldn't withstand seeing a lot of humans and not grabbing anyone of them to bite.

"Good morning your majesty" Jason greeted Joel as soon as he stepped out into the grand hall.

The day hadn't fully breaked yet, but him and Tyler had to leave so as they could transformed and ran back to their pack borders.

"Oh, Good morning. Is very early right now and not yet 6am, Are you sure you want to leave by now?" Joel asked as he stared to the two of them.

"Yes. We've got to be on our way. We have jobs to do by morning and we've to be home at work before that time" Jason replied and he saw the rest of the family coming down the stairs.

"Okay. There's no problem. I would have loved for the guards to escort you back to your village atleast to compensate you for the delay and time wasted."

"Hmm.." Jason hummed.

"There won't be any need for that to stress the guards. We can still get a public transportation home" Jason spoked and he saw Mia smiling to him.

Her yellow eyes seemed to glow and that confirmed to him that she was truly a wolf but Ann's eyes never glowed for once, even though they were mostly in darkness.

"And I insist, as I wouldn't like your father to complain. Please send my warm regards to him and allow the guards atleast escort you out to the city gate" Joel spoked calmly and he saw Jason staring behind him, and as he turned, he saw Mia by the stairs smiling and she quickly ran away.

"Oh, that was my niece. Don't mind her. Come let me escort you both out" Joel finally escorted Jason and Tyler out and Tyler's frowned deepened as he knew if the guards drove them out from the city entrance gate then it would be difficult for them to captured any human for their full wolf moon festival.

It wasn't like that before and he assumed probably the Alpha forgot about the city gate and rather sent them on the failed mission.

Sitting silently in the truck that drove them out Tyler thought of a plan but if at all they captured a human, taken the human out thru the city gate wouldn't be easy.

"Let's not abduct anyone" Jason communicated to Tyler's mind and Tyler's frown deepened.

"Why?, we need at least one person for the upcoming full wolf moon festival."

"Hmm" Jason stared away and the two guards seated across to him stared to him and Tyler as they saw Jason hummed.

Jason knew the guards weren't just escorting them and were also monitoring them and how to get away from the guards hold should be what mattered most to them and not about abducting anyone.

Jason sat in silence and decided not to think about Ann as obviously Tyler would listen to his mind talk about her and he watched the guards drove them out from the city gate and going down towards the forest area.

The drive continued to a long distance and the driver finally stopped along the forest road.

"Where are your destinations?. We've been driving for hours and we cannot continue. Come down now!. I think you were picked along these roads, you can actually find your way home" The hefty driver spoked with gritted teethes and Jason and Tyler finally stepped down while the driver rushed back into his driving seat and in a swift turned, he zoomed away, driving off speedily.

"Hmm, I guess we have to go home like that. There won't be any human to use for sacrifice this full wolf moon festival" Jason spoked and he started walking away.

"What!. You cannot do these?. We've to go back and search for a human" Tyler refused.

"We?." Jason asked him as he paused and stared back to Tyler but Tyler kept mute.

"Maybe you can go alone as am not going back there with you. You saw their weapons and once you're killed, your father shouldn't blame me for your dismissed. Am leaving.." Jason walked back into the forest and in a flash he transformed in his wolf form and fled to the Greshood packs entrance gate, as the huge walls was already built round their pack and closed with an iron gate to prevent any foreigner from going into it, except their fellow werewolves.

Jason shapeshifted back into his human form and walked towards the walls locked gate and the male-wolves stationed there to secretly guard the gate, came out and opened it, and they let Jason in, while Tyler finally arrived and walked into the Greshood packs street.

Jason saw some of their pack wolf stepping out from their various homes and staring to him, as they were hoping to see the human he and Tyler had abducted and not seeing anyone with them, he could saw some of them murmuring while some frowned.

"How would he returned without a human to be used as sacrifice..?"

"He's not fit to be the next Alpha of our pack!.."

"We need a human to appease the moon goddess.."

"I don't like this upcoming Alpha, his father was far better than him and still the best.."

"What a shame of Alpha he is..?"

"Let them go back, else we will protest.. the ceremony is only in two days time.."

Jason heard most of their murmurings but he was least concerned as going back home and checking on his meal was what mattered most to him.

He knew Ava would still be lurking around his chambers door but he couldn't as well refused to travelled out with Tyler on the mission.

Arriving his father's mansion, a lot of werewolves already gathered outside as he choosed to walk instead of transformed and ran back to their mighty mansion.

Stepping in, his father stood with Beta Nathan and some of the chiefs and he could see the irritation clearly written on all their faces.

"Where's the human to be used Jason?" His father questioned him first and he yawned, feeling his stomach grumbling loudly while Tyler stepped in and bowed to all the chiefs that stood staring to them.

"Father, the humans security are tight and they almost killed us. We were arrested and also throw in their prison if not that we lied to them about being hunters. The new ruler Joel still found us suspicious" Jason spoked.

"Hmm" Alpha Eli hummed.

"Why would you allow them to catch you both?" Alpha Eli questioned.

"How else do you want us to find a human, if not by stepping out and behaving like them?" Jason questioned back.

"Jason!" Beta Nathan scolded, as obviously he still hated Jason.

"You don't talk to your father like that!" Beta Nathan warned.

"Father, Jason is right. The humans now have longer guns and more soldiers, they arrested us and handcuffs us. Although Jason Killed a lion so that made them believed us to be hunters."

"Hmm..." Beta Nathan eyes narrowed at his first son as he had told Tyler to kill Jason as revenge for his younger brother, Evan George death, but Tyler stupidly returned back with Jason.

He had told Tyler, "Look, if you can kill him, when you both went out to search for a human to use.. Then you will become the next Alpha.. Jason is not fit to rule us and would only bring destruction. Destroy him now and seized the Alpha throne as Alpha Eli, didn't had any other son.."

"Am ashame of you both. How do you expect the ceremony to be joyful without a human to be used?" Beta Nathan questioned and Alpha Eli finally sighed.

"Is alright. We can go on with the ceremony without a human sacrifice to be used." Alpha Eli finally proclaimed.

"What!" The Elders exclaimed and they started murmuring.
