"Sup Alpha. How you preparing for the mating ceremony tomorrow?" Tyler asked while Jason kept an expressionless face as he saw some of the male wolves stared to him, wanting to hear his response.
"I don't know yet. Let's focus on the match for now" Jason ignored responding directly as he didn't wanted to say it out loudly that he wasn't interested in finding a mate, whether he was cursed or not. Finding a mate wasn't of his interest.
"Okay. Just that I don't know about your sister, Ava. I've been given her green light for us to go out and get along, but yet she refused."
"Hmm" Jason hummed and he continued watching the combating men in the circle as they were forbidden to shapeshifted into wolves when wrestling.
"What's hmm?. I know Ava will soon come of age and she knows am her mate, yet she doesn't want to say hello to me" Tyler frowned as he stood beside Jason.
"Then you should give her some time. Beside, she hasn't even started attending mating classes" Jason replied.
"Hmph. You're right. I cannot wait for her to resume classes. I will really love to have her in bed" Tyler spoked and Jason shifted his gazed away from the two male combating as none was ready to lose and he stared to Tyler with narrowed eyes.
"What!. She's my mate and there's nothing wrong with what have just said. You should find your mate soon Jason. You know these females are been thought how to pleasure us in bed, make love to us and tame us. I have no idea how they do it" Tyler spoked and Jason frowned as he had no idea too.
"Maybe you should visit the brothel home to have some ideas" Jason suggested but Tyler quickly rejected his suggestions.
"No. Maybe you should. Beside you don't have a mate yet and with the mating ceremony coming up tomorrow, Am sure you wouldn't be able to stand the heat of passion" Tyler Jabe and Jason nodded.
"That's not my interest. I will only bless the couples after receiving the mantle of leadership from my father."
Jason started to walked away, while Tyler let him be.
Tyler wondered if he would ever be able to carry out his father's task given to him, as even as he lost his younger brother. He still saw Jason as a brother instead of the enemy his father wanted them to be.
Jason was handsome, hot looking with his long black hair and greener eyes and he knew a lot of she-wolves droll over him.
He sighed and continued watching the interesting match as he placed a bet on who would win with his friend, Clement Steve.
Clement lived closer to their house and they both had different opinions on who would win the combating wrestling ahead of the ceremony.
Jason walked back home and he sat outside of their mansion, thinking about the upcoming ceremony.
They didn't setup any canopy nor any decorations but only waiting for the midnight to fall and the full moon to stepped out.
He thought about the mating bond and how to mate and he knew Ann was not experienced in that aspect except for Penelope.
"How do they mate?" He asked himself and just then he saw Penelope stepped out as she was thru washing all her clothes and waiting for the final day to arrive.
"Brother. What're you doing out here all alone?" Penelope asked but he smiled and stared to the beauty walking into their premises, holding some bunch of flowers in her hand.
She was Max Weston younger sister, Emilia Weston. She was tall and cute, just like Ava with shinning yellow eyes.
"Greetings Alpha. I brought you some flowers in honour to tomorrow's event" Emilia spoked and Jason smiled back to her as he stood up collected the blossoms flower and it scented so relaxing.
"Thank you" He spoked to her and sat back while she smiled and stared to his elder sister.
"Good evening ma'am."
"You're welcome" Penelope replied and she stared back to Jason as a cute smile curved on her face.
"I will leave you both for now Jason. Am tired" Penelope spoked and Jason brows furrowed as he didn't understood what his elder sister meant and he stared back to the beauty standing to his view.
Just as he wanted to spoked to her and to ask her why she was still waiting, just then his mother stepped out and smiled to the two of them.
"Emilia, you're here already?" Chloe asked.
"Yes ma, good evening" Emilia smiled to Mrs Chloe.
"Oh you've the flowers for Jason. That's nice of you, you send my regards to your parent. I will leave you both to discuss.."
Jason groaned as he didn't understood what he had to discuss with her about.
"Why're you still waiting?" Jason finally asked her as he stood up but she smiled to him instead of responding.
"I've to go in now, so is best you return back home to your father's house" Jason spoked and like a flash, he walked back into the mansion leaving Emilia speechless.
Emilia smiled and she walked back home. She knew her mother hated Jason but she liked him and as she hadn't found her mate yet and would be starting her mating classes too. She thought to have him as her mate when she would be graduating in five years time.
Jason still held the blossom flowers given to him and he took it along with him as he went up to the second floor.
"Has she gone?" His mother asked him as she stepped out from her room on the second floor and he paused and stared to her.
"Yes mom" Jason stared away seeing his mother smiling to him and he went up to the third floor and sighed.
Unlocking the sitting room door, he walked in but his mother followed him in and spoked to him from behind.
"Why not consider her son?."
"As what mom?" Jason asked as he turned and meet his mother's gazed on him.
"As your mate. Since you haven't found one yet. She likes you."
"No mom. I cannot have anything to do with her and is better she doesn't. She knows what happened to her brother. So there's no way she would accept me as her mate. How about her family?" Jason asked but his mom kept mute and shook her head sadly.
"Her father is a nice elder son. He wouldn't be against you having his daughter" Chloe replied.
"And her mom?."
"Son.. You give her a chance too first then we worry about her family later."
"Okay mom." Jason sighed heavily and he walked towards his corridor door.
Unlocking it, he pushed it opened, forgetting his mother was standing in the sitting room and as he wanted to close his door, his mother spoked.
"Son.."
Jason felt dread ran down his spine, knowing Ann was inside and he stared back to his mother quickly.
"Have heard you mom. I'll think about it later. Besides she still need to attend to her mating lessons first."
"Okay son. I will take my leave now."
Jason breathed out in relieved and he walked into his corridor, shutting the corridor door closed, he walked to his room first and kept down the flowers.
Ann pulled her shackles and walked towards the door but the shackles still refrained her.
She heard when he spoked to his mother, and she heard about mating lesson
"Was he referring to me?" Ann asked herself and obviously Jason heard her.
He sighed and walked out from his room and went to the room he chained her and replied, "Not you. If only you were a wolf like our women, then you could've joined them for the mating lessons."
Ann frowned not knowing what he was talking about and she shifted backwards as he drew closer to her.
"What's mating lesson?" She asked him and she saw him smirked as her eyes were gradually adjusting to the lantern brightness of the room
"You want to know?" Jason asked her but Ann stared away from him as she felt it was something odd with the way his eyes glowed
"No, am not interested" Ann stared away and Jason approached her as she still stood closer to the bed
"Why?" He asked her, raising a brow and Ann attempted to run away from him.
"You stand and answer me first. Am still talking to you and haven't dismissed you yet."
Ann frowned and as she stared to him, she saw the shinning silver necklace on his neck making her eyes to glow and Jason saw she ignored responding to him as her eyes were focused to his chest.
He felt drawn to hold her and forgetting what he asked her, he encirled her waist with his hands as her hand moved up to his chest.
Ann touched the necklace and feeling his arms around her waist, she snapped out and wanted to get away from him.
"Let me go!" Ann yelled but Jason refused.
"I can turn you into a wolf and that's if you will agree to it, Only then will I let you go" Jason spoked and Ann froze.
