Dominic sat down on a nearby bench and grabbed Austin's two palms and blew on them gently in turn, "Awww, Austin, I am sorry. It's all dad's fault. Let me kiss them better."
A passing doctor from the hospital, on his break stopped. “Is he okay? His hands look sore.” He paused to look at Austin’s hand.
“He fell over, grazed his hands.” Dominic explained.
"Aww bless him. You need eyes in the back of your head with a young child. Always up to something. Let me look at the injury on his hand." Even the doctor couldn't help but feel a little troubled. He placed his coffee on the bench and sat down alongside Dominic.
Dominic allowed the doctor to look at his son’s hands, appreciating the offer to check he was okay.
“I think you will be okay little one” the doctor
