Early the next morning Taylor had made her way to work, and knocked on the door of her boss’s office as soon as she got into work.
She calmly put the documents from the previous night on his desk, with the corners of her mouth curved into a small smile.
He looked up at her, a questioning gaze. “Ah Taylor. Was the deal settled?” he said with a satisfied smile. “Wonderful. I will arrange for you to get the commission payment this month.”
