Asper Reign’s Pov

Now that I secured everything around me, hindi ko na kailangan na mag-hold back pa.

Hector also managed to secure his place at the palace. Hindi man naging madali ang hinarap niya doon ngunit buo ang suporta sa kanya ang ina at nakahanda itong i-provide ang lahat ng kakailanganin niya.

Wala namang maaaring suportahan ang hari dahil ang pagpayag niya sa kompetisyon sa dalawang anak na lalaki ay isang malaking pabor na para kay Hector. Kapag may ginawa pa siyang iba ay siguradong kukwestyunin na ng marami ang kapangyarihan niya.

Well, sapat na sa amin ang panig ng reyna.

I called them the Asper Squad.

“So, what do you know about the group?” Azure asked as soon as we got completed in the study room. “Did you know where their hideout was?”

Lucky took out a map of Hexoria and laid it on the table in front of us. “We only located three of their hideouts,” he said and pointed to three locations. “But their main hideout is still nowhere to be found.”

“We also learned that their leader is in town,” singit ni Turi. “And I think he was also doing something against Rioghail. He might be staying at their main hideout.”

“That is likely possible,” I said while staring at the map. We spread the news about one of their members who managed to take a hit to the weakness of Rioghail boss. Kaya siguradong hindi nito palalampasin ang pagkakataon na iyon para muling sugurin ang grupong matagal nang naging tinik sa lalamunan nila.”

“Kung susugurin natin ang tatlong hideouts na-locate, siguradong makakatunog agad sila at magtatago,” dagdag ni Histy. “At agad na lilitaw kay Boss ang ginagawa natin kaya mas mabuting maging sigurado muna ang mga kilos natin.”

Tumangu-tango ako.

Oras na galawin ko ang isang mafia na kalaban ng Rioghail, agad na mapupunta ang atensyon ng lahat sa grupo ni Jyn. Babantayan siya ng mga iyon dahil siya ang magiging suspect.

And we can use that to our advantage. Higit kaming makakakilos kung mananatiling tago ang tungkol sa amin kaya mabuti na talaga na walang alam si Jyn tungkol dito.

Pero panandalian lang iyon. Sa ikalawa o ikatlong pagsugod namin ay makakatunog na sila na mayroong ibang grupo ang tumatrabaho sa mga kalaban ng Rioghail.

No one knows what I am capable of so none of them will suspect me. They all know that I am trying my best to live the life that I once had before.

Jyn might suspect me also, but as long as his men here do not say anything and have coordination on what they are going to report, we can deny his suspicion.

Dito na papasok si Hector.

“We have solid cover for that so no one will know anything about us,” I said and pointed to all of them. “Just make sure that you will cover your face throughout the whole operation, okay? You might face someone who knows you.”

“Then?” Azure said. “What are we going to do?”

“Attack the first three hideouts,” I said. “I will call Hector and relay our plan to coordinate our strategy. And as for their main hideout where their leader might be staying…” I looked at the map again and pointed to a farmhouse not far from the second hideout that they found. “Why don’t you check this one.”

Kumunot ang noo nila at agad namang kumilos sina Misty at Sen para alamin ang kahit anong impormasyon tungkol sa lugar na itinuro ko.

“What makes you think that it is one of their hideouts?” tanong ni Azure.

“That farmhouse was producing local cow milk,” I said. “But only thirty percent of their products were being delivered at the stores and supermarkets. I wonder why?” Ngumiti ako sa kanila. “Well, the answer is that they are putting a small pocket in their container where they put their contraband and use the pretext of delivering milk to their customers to avoid suspicions.”

Misty showed us the screen of her laptop. “She is right. The owner of the farm is listed as one of the aliases of their leader.”

“But we are still not sure if that is the place, right?” Cing said. “It is listed as a legal business. If we barged in using the name of a prince, it might backfire on him.”

Sa ginagawa namin, lalabas na sinisimulan nang pagtuunan ng pansin ni Hector ang problema ng mga mafia sa bansang ito. At isa-isa niyang tinutugis ang mga grupong mayroong ilegal na transaksyon dito sa bansa.

Ito ang campaign niya upang manalo sa laban nila ng kapatid para sa trono.

Well, wala namang magsususpetsa na may kinalaman ako dito dahil noon pa man ay nakatutok na talaga si Hector sa mga ganitong krimen.

Hands on siya sa pagtugis sa mga nasa wanted list nila kaya aware din siya sa mga grupo o tao na nasa watch list ng palasyo.

Kaya pabor ang lahat para sa aming dalawa.

To be honest, our operation will also become legal because we are backing Hector’s campaign. Hindi kami haharangin ng mga awtoridad, as long as we have him on our side.

It is a dangerous way but we both agree on doing it anyway since this is for the people that we love.
