“ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND, STEPHEN!?!” Aimee shouted. Stephen and Eddie had just returned from their meeting with Sever and Cutty, and Stephen told her how he planned on circumventing the pack run after Kalea’s coronation if they couldn’t find a way to free Empress.
“Cutty is up for the challenge,” Stephen replied.
“That is not the point! Stephen, you’re suggesting that we use magic on the entire pack to make them hallucinate that they’re seeing Empress during the run when it will be Kalea running in human form!”
“Yes.”
“NO!” Aimee shouted in dismay. “You’ve lost your cornfed mind!”
“Amelia, it’s an option at the very least.”
“No, it is not! I will not allow you to manipulate our people using magic! What would they think if they ever found out!?”
