“MOM!!!” Kalea shouted from the bathroom.
“What? What? What? Are you all right, darling?” Renee asked as she rushed through the bathroom door.
“Help!!” Kalea cried and turned around. She had gotten the lace tangled up as she was trying to pull it closed and tie it off.
“Oh, sweetheart, you nearly gave me a heart attack!”
“Sorry,” Kalea pouted.
“Let me see what you did,” Renee said and looked at the jumbled mess of lace. “Oh, dear, Kalea, what have you done?” Renee complained when she saw that it was a big knot.
“I pulled the loop through to make the bow, but I pulled too hard, and so I tried to undo it to redo it, then it got all messed up!” Kalea whined.
“Hold still, honey, let me figure this out.” Renee attempted to undo the mess Kalea made; unfortunately
