The Fated Prophecy

Chapter Seven

At The Pack House

I drove up to the front door of the pack house. My Beta Abel was already outside. I ran to the passengers side to remove Isobel from my Jeep. 

"Abel, can you have the nurse come to my room. Isobel needs to be checked out now."

"Yes, Alpha." I watched as his eyes glazed over showing me he was mind-linking with the nurse.

I bring Isobel up to the eighth floor. That entire floor is for Alphas. Myself and others that visit. There is a nursery up there for any pups that are born to an Alpha or any Alpha that brings their pup(s) with them. My room is at the end of the hallway. I practically run to the door and grab the handle. I leave the door open for the nurse as I lay Isobel down. She doesn't move to get comfortable she just lays there how I placed her down.

"Alpha." Nurse Lilac says with a smile on her face. Don't ask about the name all her siblings are named after flowers. She always laughs and says thank the Goddess her parents didn't have any boys. I always find that story amusing.

I watch as she moves over to my Luna. "Alpha, our Luna is beautiful." 

"Yes, Nurse Lilac she is. Please tell me what is wrong with her?"

"Give me half an hour Alpha. Please could you step out?"

My face turns cold I can feel it. I don't want to leave her side again. "Alpha, please for her privacy. Beta Abel informed me about some of her ordeal. I won't take longer than necessary." I grab the bridge of my nose nod and walk out closing the door behind me. I can't hear anything since all the rooms are soundproof because well we werewolves can get loud and rough during our private time.

It felt like forever and it was only twenty minutes when the nurse came out. "Alpha, I understand that you just met the Luna today."

"Yes Nurse. I did at a coffee shop."

"Well, it seems that the Luna may have been abused as a child."

"From what happened today I understand the she is a virgin."

"No, Alpha you misunderstand. She has scars all over her. They are mostly on her back and the back of her thighs. Some on her belly as well. It looks like she was whipped." My eyes are widening at every word my Nurse is telling me. "I take it by your reaction that you did not know."

"No. I didn't, but I may have an explanation as to why she has scars. She is a rogue. The s**t hit the fan today with a man she was seeing. So, I didn't exactly get to spend the time I wanted with her. Also, she kept telling me to reject her because she is a rogue and the Moon Goddess made a mistake."

She smiled at me. "Alpha, I know you, that is something you would never do." My face fell a little. "Alpha." She scolded me. "Tell me you didn't."

"No, but I was taken aback when I smelled the rogue on her. It's faint but it's there. When I walked into the coffee shop I smelled fresh cut roses. It was confusing to smell both on her. I made a little joke to myself about stopping to smell the roses." My nurse gave a smile. "I faltered and she picked up on it and told me that yes she was a rogue and I should reject her since she could not understand why the Goddess would pair an Alpha and a rogue."

"Oh, Alpha. But you did not reject her correct?" I just shook my head. "Well other than her scars and her emotional ordeal today she's fine. It does seem her wolf is trying to protect her and put her into a deep sleep. Right now it's up to her wolf when she wants to release her so she can face her pain."

"Thank you Nurse Lilac. Would it be okay if I laid with her?"

"Yes, Alpha. Hold her and talk to her. Her wolf will hear you. She may be able to as well. Maybe you can help her wolf release the Luna sooner."

A big smile came across my face. "Thank you again Nurse." I took off for the bedroom to be with my Luna. I hadn't noticed I was walking down the hall with Nurse Lilac.

I walked in and closed the door. I just stared at Isobel. She was still in her work clothes. I decided to put her in a t-shirt of mine. She is going to be lost in it, but I know she would still be sexy. I have a blue one the same color of her car. What are the odds of that. I laughed walking to the bed.

"Hi Isobel, it's me Clark. We met at the coffee shop this morning. I ordered a large black coffee, four sugars and a coffee roll. When I walked in all I smelled was fresh cut roses. That is your scent. I am so sorry for your emotional pain with that guy. I wish I could take it away for you so you never have to hurt again. My nurse tells me your wolf has put you into a deep sleep to protect you. I wish I knew her name instead of just calling her your wolf."

Harvey interrupts me. "She told me, Clark."

"Who told you? What are you talking about?" I have yet to give him a piece of my mind for earlier.

"Isobel's wolf she told me her name."

"What? That's impossible we are not connected yet."

"Trust me Clark. Her name is Callie."

What do I have to lose. I have always trusted Harvey. "Hello, Callie. I am Alpha Clark Matthews. My wolf Harvey and I are your mates." I don't know about this, but I kept going. "Callie, my heart broke when I heard Isobel say she loved another man and she wanted me to reject her. I hope that it's ok that I brought you both to my home. Which I hope will be your home. I would love for Isobel and you to be my Luna." I stopped to think of something else to say as I placed my chin on my chest.

"Thank you Clark." My head pops up. "I tried all day to get my stubborn human to realize the Goddess did not make a mistake. I feel stronger near you and Harvey."

"Callie?" Her eyes were closed, but she was speaking. And not in Isobel's tone of voice.

"Yes, Alpha Clark. I heard you all day today telling Isobel that you wanted her and you refused to reject her. You admitted that you thought twice about it, you are honest. I like you, unlike that a**hole Tim." She growled. "I yelled and screamed for her to call you when she went to her apartment and everything she worked hard for was gone. She dialed your number and couldn't hit the call button. So I came through and did it for her and pulled back when you answered. I didn't expect her to freeze like that. When you called back I knew what I was going to do. I had to. If she was to get too weak I would be useless for her. She gave you the address on her own though. You convinced her. Thank you Alpha Clark. After she hung up she was crying hard again, so I pulled her back with me she needs rest. I heard everything you said in the car and just now. When I release her I will show her you are a good man."

"Thank you Callie. Can I change Isobel into a t-shirt of mine? Wait, what do you mean you can show her?"

"Yes, Alpha. Please, just be careful of her scars. That happened before I came to her. I know what happened, but it's not my story to tell. Please be patient with Isobel, Alpha. I share something special with my human. It's not the normal bond. We can block each other out and not know what the other has done. If we don't want the other to ever know then we will never know. Werewolves share everything with their counterparts. Isobel and I have the choice whether we want to or not."

"You both are more special than I thought. Please take all the time you need with my Angel. Heal her if you can and I will do everything I can to heal the rest. Um...Callie before you go Harvey wants to know if he can have a kiss. He is amazed that you were able to come through and tell him your name. I am equally amazed that you could talk to him."

"We do not see ourselves as special. Isobel thinks it's a curse. No normal wolf can hide themselves from their counterpart. She's your Angel? I wonder if Harvey will have a special name for me. I only brought her to rest I cannot heal this for her, but I am certain that you Alpha hold the key that will unlock great things for my human. Also, Alpha I would enjoy a kiss from Harvey."

I let Harvey out with Callie. It was a kiss, but there was as much electricity there as what I felt when I kissed Isobel. I changed Isobel into a shirt of mine careful not to hurt her. At least I hope she didn't feel any pain. I don't want to bother Callie anymore, because she needs her strength to keep Isobel with her. I change into sweats and climbed into my bed and held my Luna and breathed in her scent and drifted off to sleep. I am happy.

Isobel's POV

I feel refreshed, but I'm hot. Why am I hot? 

"Isobel watch and listen." Callie tells me. She scared the crap out of me. How can your wolf do that?

I am seeing memories that are mine, but they are not. It was Callie she talked to the Alpha. How did she tell Clarks wolf her name? I just watch and listen with my eyes closed. He came for me even though I didn't want him to. He talked to me in his truck, he held my hand. I remember the spark. He carried me to his room had a nurse check me out. Oh no. She saw my scars. She told the Alpha. Oh Goddess. He spoke with Callie and said sweet things about me. I smell like fresh cut roses. Hmmm really? He asked Callie if he could put me in his t-shirt. I felt his hands as he carefully undressed and redressed me. The sparks were there again. I like those sparks. I need to tell him he didn't hurt me. I need to thank him for saving me from myself. And he told someone he loved me.

"Callie?"

"Yes, Isobel?"

"I need to thank you most of all you pushed me to do this. You knew didn't you?"

"Yes, I could feel Harvey the moment you locked eyes with Clark. While you were telling Christine about Tim and Erica I was trying to reach him. I don't know why, but I knew I could. Not for long though. But you were fighting me talking about that d*ck and I couldn't get through. But after I pulled you down to rest I was able to break through and tell Harvey my name. After all the Alpha didn't like calling me 'your wolf'. I told him to give you time and be patient. He agreed. Please Isobel do the same for him. Give us a chance. All of us. He can heal you my human. Great things will come with our Alpha. I would love to see Harvey soon."

"Callie, I love you my wolfie. Yes, I can try."

"I love you too Isobel my favorite human." She laughs.

"I hope I'm your favorite."

"Well with that God that has his arms wrapped around us and his erection poking through you may come in second."

"CALLIE! You are always horney, but you never helped me."

"It's different my human. Clark is different. He loves you already. Harvey loves me too. We shared a kiss. It was amazing. They are our destined mates."

"I need to pee." We both laughed.

My eyes fluttered open. I was really hot. But the sparks. Oh my. The Alphas arms are huge. Callie was right about his erection too. I wanted to roll over and kiss this man. Why? I want to do things that I have never experienced with this man. What the hell? I have to get up I need to pee.

I tried moving but he held on to me tighter. Like I was going to disappear. Although I kind of did already. To go find Tim. Oh Goddess I was so stupid for three years. Ok plan B. I was able to roll over. I looked at this huge Alpha holding me. He was snoring lightly. His lips parted just a little allowing hot air to escape and hit me in the face. I need to pee I can't remember the last time I used a bathroom. I lifted my hand and lightly touched his face. The sparks I can't explain them. I reach my head up and kissed his lips. They are soft. But the electricity that is flowing between us. Oh my. He is still asleep as I deepen the kiss. Before I know it one hand is wrapped in my hair pushing me harder into his lips. The other on my a** pushing me into his erection. My lungs are burning. His must be too. He releases me and looks down into my eyes. Why do I see panic in his?

"Isobel. My Goddess. I am so sorry. I don't know what happened. Please forgive me." He is saying this as he's pulling away looking like he has violated me.

I forgot I had to pee. "Alpha, you didn't do anything wrong. I touched your face and then I kissed you. You were still asleep and as I deepened the kiss and you reacted."

"Still after yesterday and my talk with Cal..."

"After your talk with Callie." I cut him off. "Callie showed me everything Alpha. I owe you my life. Callie showed me how you cared for me and talked to me. You even told someone that you loved me." His face flushed like he was embarrassed. 

"Still Isobel, Callie asked me to go slow. And that wasn't slow." He keeps rubbing his hands through his light brown hair. It's not long, but it's not short. Just enough to grab when he's down. I stopped thinking and looked at him his eyes looked black. 

"Alpha, what's wrong?" I was a little frightened.

"You are aroused Isobel I can smell it."

"OH! Sh*t Alpha I'm sorry."

"Nothing to be sorry about Angel. At least I know there is a spark and it wasn't just me that felt it." I smiled at him.

"No my Alpha, I feel the spark from your touch and the electricity from our kisses." I say with a low growl. "You do something to me my Alpha. Something I have never felt before. I cannot explain this, but I feel safe with you. Like Callie said just a little time. I do enjoy our kisses."

My Alpha walks over to me as I kneel on the bed telling him what I feel. He cups my face and kisses me. There's that electric current. I think this man owns me now.
