Terrence Things become mundane and fall into a routine. Blythe settles in but is not settled. I watch the transition happen. It starts first with the laundry—she was getting low on clean clothes. She asked if I could show her how to use the washer and dryer which I did. Then she needed to replace her toothbrush. She needed more face wash and moisturizer. More shampoo and conditioner. Eventually she'd have an entire list for me which I would, in turn, give to Spencer. She never goes without. What I did not expect was to see her putting more effort into her appearance. I know she's not doing it to impress anybody; she's doing it because it brings her feelings of normalcy.
