JOHN'S POV I sat at my laptop, wondering what had happened the day before at the shops. Something about the way that Abigail had acted and the words that had been said around us made me worry that it had something to do with why she seemed upset. Maybe if I went to talk to Marty about who had come into town, I'd know more. But was that okay or was I pushing Abigail's boundaries by snooping into the new gossip.
