Kinsley I feel sad once again after Austen leaves the room. His scent lingers, and I smile as I hug his pillow and lie down. I have never slept on a bed like this. Madeline sometimes let me sleep in her bed, but it was nothing like this. ‘Life is only going to get better from now on,’ Genesis says. ‘We have nothing to worry about ever again.’ I sigh and close my eyes. I snooze for a moment until there is a knock on the door. With hesitation, I slide out of bed and answer the door. Two warriors stand before me, with Madeline just behind them. “Your Majesty,” one of the warriors bows to me.
