Katherine was busy working on a report when the intercom began to ring. She paused what she was doing and quickly picked up the call.
"Ms. Whites, come to my office." Came Rock's deep voice, that sounded like a sweet melody in her ear. She expected him to end the call like always, but that didn't happen as she slowly replied.
"Yes sir." before the call ended. She left what she was doing and quickly headed to her boss' office. She paused at the door, taking a deep breath before knocking on the door.
"Come in"
