Chapter Two: DangerousA chill runs along his spine as he continues to stare at her. He would be more ashamed about how creepy she's being, but everyone is staring at her openly and he can't bring himself to look away.
She steps into the middle of the stage, where all the spotlights are directed, and blinks a few times, letting her eyes adjust to the dark as he adjust to her sheer magnificence.
He's never seen someone so beautiful and perfect before.
She starts to sing, her voice crooning and lovely, shrill and as lovely as she is, just at the right frequency to send chills down his spine and make his body tremble. Like a virgin in bed, he thinks numbly to himself.
