Relief doesn't begin to explain how I feel to have Violet returning home with us. Alice has been Alpha for only a short amount of time and has shown how naturally fit she is for that title. It took every once of strength I had to not release my wolf on that piece of s**t Liam. Alice kept her cool and handled the situation perfectly.
"What's on your mind?" Daisy asks me, bringing me out of my thoughts. I kiss the top of her head that is laying on my shoulder in the car. "How happy I am to have Violet back and how proud I am of Alice." I don't have to see her face to know she has a smile on it. "Me too."
