"Send her in. The real party is about to begin." I mind link Chris who just informed me about Megg and her request. On cue, they two walk in and Alpha Liam looks baffled. "Megg, what are you doing in here? We are in the middle of a private dinner." She looks nervous and is holding back tears, but she is needed as a distraction. "I'm sorry, Alpha. I bumped into Chris and was eager to meet Violet's family, since they are ours as well in a way." If Liam is her only sibling, I don't blame her for wanting to meet new family members.
