I got home a little after three to find Cypher on the couch in the living room, working on his laptop. “Hey, man,” he said in greeting as he closed the lid and placed the computer on the table. “Good day?” “Oh, sure.” I leaned my bicycle against the wall and set my messenger bag beside it. “It was the usual, you know?
