“And I didn’t get you anything! I’m such a space cadet.” Hannah whacked her husband in the belly. “Why didn’t you remind me?”
“You’re blaming the king of the space cadets?” Nathaniel scoffed. “I didn’t remember either.”
They turned their attention to Lewis and the three symphony tickets he held in his hand. “It in’t worth fretting over,” he said as they each plucked a ticket from him. He tossed his dreadlocks back like a diva. “I guess I’m just the only one who gives a damn about keeping things fresh and all. No worries.”
