Reagan would have punished her for being silly and almost risking her life trying to escape him if it weren’t a normal reaction expected from anyone in her situation. She no doubt was frightful to wake up in a foreign environment suddenly.
He pinched the bridge of his nose, knowing this was bound to happen. Of course, Reagan wasn’t expecting her to run into his arms the minute she saw him. But it didn’t help to confirm she had no wolf because she obviously couldn’t sense they were mates. Yet, seeing the terrified look on her face did not bring him a nice feeling.
"Leave us!" Reagan ordered, and Olivia instantly scampered out. Her head had been lowered while taking heavy breaths due to an extreme nervousness of being in the same proximity with the king not only once but twice that day.
