Busy morning

CAMILLA’S POV — When the ice cream is fully melted, I close my mouth, smiling. “What does the winner get?” I grin as he still has ice cream on his tongue. His face is right in front of mine, and his lips twitch up into a smile before his hands grab my waist and he kisses me. The ice creams melts in my mouth, and his hand slides up my back, into my hair and he grabs a fist full of my hair, tugging my head to the side as he deepens our kiss. I can’t pull away, not that I want to. Jared finally breaks the kiss, and I’m baffled and wet between my thighs. “Do you feel better?” his thick brows arch, and I nod without thinking. I know for a fact that I shouldn’t have let that happen, because now I seem to want more. Jared cups my cheek, grinning at me, “You are powerful, intelligent and beautiful, so f**k Derek, because he lost everything, and all you lost was someone you thought you knew.”, “I loved him,” I croak out. It’s sweet of Jared to say all those things, but what if it isn’t true? What if he’s just saying all of that to make me feel better? I mean, it is the perfect sentence to make a girl feel better, but I only felt better when his lips were on mine. “No, because he only showed his true colors today.” he deadpans, and wipes a stray tear from my cheek. “You should go to sleep, I made some calls and we are house shopping tomorrow,” he pokes my nose, and I slightly pull back. “I hate it when you do that,” I swat his hand away, and he grins, “Hate, love, same thing.” he leans in, placing a chaste kiss on my forehead before backing away, “Now go to bed,” he’s so demanding. I hop off the counter, grinning, “Yes daddy,” I tease, and his jaw suddenly sharpens and I feel slightly humiliated for a second before I burst out laughing, and so does he, eventually. I punch his arm lightly and head back upstairs with a bottle of water before I crawl into the warm bed. Waking up to soft footsteps all around me isn’t what I thought this would be like, but as I open my eyes and glance around at the three girls unpacking my clothes into the dressers and closet has me startled. I gasp as I jolt up in the bed, clutching the duvet, “Who are you?” I ask demandingly. One girl stares at me with wide eyes, the other ignores me and the last one turns to me with a soft smile, “Mr. Storm said we shouldn’t wake you while unpacking, we apologize.” her voice is soft and her face is taken over by regret. “You didn’t wake me up,” I frown, my eyes flicking between the three. They all wear the same uniform. A short loose black skirt, which looks like a skort, plain thin strap black shirts that hug their petite bodies, and wipe aprons in front that don’t go past their short skirts. “We work for Mr. Storm, and he said we should unpack your clothing and iron what needs to be ironed.” she explains. I feel kinda bad for them, and I slowly get up and pull my t-short down, “Well that is kind of you, but I can do it, really.” I smile, and they all share a concerned look as they glance between each other. “What’s wrong?” I ask, and the one who spoke gulps before explaining, “Well, this is our job. We have to do it.” her eyes are filled with concern and fear, “I will talk to Jared, Mr. Storm,” I correct myself, not knowing if they know him by his name. “Just…don’t touch anything else.” I beg and strut to the door when they all stand in a line. They look frightened, as if they’d be punished if I stopped them. I find my way to the main bedroom, and I forget for a moment that Jared had company when I barge into the room, and all I see is Jared’s ass as he stands on his knees on the bed, pounding his girlfriend from behind. “Oh my- I’m so sorry.” I stutter as I turn around and storm back out of the bedroom. I could hear Jared calling for me, but I hope he knows that I am not going back in there, no matter how many times he calls me. I strut down the hallway back to my room, and I can feel how red I am in the face. “Did you find Mr. Storm?” I found his behind. “I’m sure he’ll be here in a few minutes.” I smile at them as I grab a pair of shorts and put them on. Jared comes in, his eyes locking on me. Or he’ll be here in a few seconds. “Are you okay?” he asks, and I suddenly feel beyond pathetic and stupid. “I’m sorry,” I breathe out, “I forgot you had company and I just…”, “Cami, what’s wrong?” he interrupts me. “I would like them to stop unpacking my clothes. I will do it.”, “You don’t have time.” he tilts his head, “Or have you forgotten that we have meetings this morning?” You have time to screw, so why can’t I unpack my own things? “They are wasting their time, Jared.” I grit out, and a smile forms on his face as he asks, “Still?” with judgement hidden in his voice. “Yes, still.” I grit out and he looks over at the three women and waves his hand, “Back to every day duties,” he scoffs and they leave in one singe line. “I’m sorry I interrupted your morning workout,” I can’t hide the awkwardness, and he scoffs, “You could interrupt my heart surgery and I still wouldn’t mind,” he shrugs, and I roll my eyes, “I will knock next time,” I nod and he shakes his head, “You don’t have to,” he winks, “Now go shower, and get dressed.”
