I forced a smile on my face. Since he wanted to play the tyrant King, I was going to play along with him. It was not as if I could refuse him anyway. He was the King and I had to do what he wanted.
I lead three of them to the front of my Nana's chambers. I turned to leave but he grabbed my hand just then.
I turned to look at him with shock evident on my face. What was he doing right now? Did he mistake me for his girlfriend, perhaps?
"Your Highness.... please let go of my hand," I said in a controlled voice. If I didn't my temper under check, I had no idea what I was going to do. Maybe I would have to leave immediately because I would be kicked out a second time.
