Cora's POV
I woke up the next morning in the wooden bed, and it was obvious Bruno must have put me back to bed when I slept off in his arms.
'' Good morning,'' I let out as soon as my gaze fell on Bruno.
'' Get up, we need to leave, we have stayed here long enough,'' Bruno said without even looking at me, and it felt kind of odd that Bruno was giving me the cold shoulder this morning.
'' Okay,'' I said, getting up from bed and soon we were on our way out.
'' What about Santiago? are we just going to leave him,'' I asked, but Bruno didn't answer me, he just kept on walking , with me struggling to keep up with him.
