I was excited but also nervous about this trip. I was excited about seeing the beautiful city of Paris , but I was nervous because I feared the uncertainty of going there with Bruno.
I knew what I said, that my feelings for him were at bay , and that was the truth. I had managed to keep this yearning I felt for him in check, drowning deep had my relationship with Karl, hoping that would make me forget, and for a while it had, but I feared that wouldn't be the case on this trip.
The mere fact that I am travelling to Paris with Bruno alone made me nervous.
'' Stop... you can get through this trip, it is just Bruno and you are now Karl's girlfriend.'' my subconscious screamed at me.
Breathing out heavily, I looked up and found Ava and Dylan staring at me so intensely .
